We had a great friend getaway in this condo. It was in good condition, a quiet complex, and had the amenities we needed at a central location for what we were doing. The host was always VERY responsive when we had questions. There were a few small hiccups, but nothing that would keep us from renting again.

Everything was great. Check in was at 4pm which was kind of late and I had a lot of food that needed to go in the fridge. I called for an early check in and the front desk told me they could check me in at 2pm but when I arrived they told me they wouldn’t have the room ready until 4pm. It was inconvenient since I drove a long ways and had to wait around for 2 hours until the room was ready. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and it was a fantastic place to stay at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at Jim and Maria’s. We appreciated that they had lots of towels and nice bedding. The updated bathrooms were a bonus but noisy bathroom fans.The only minus is that the lounge chairs at the closest pool area were all broken so had to go to the other pool area. There is a heated jacuzzi. Overall a very convenient stay to Tempe Marketplace restaurants and shopping, as well as close to the front gate and trash receptacles in the complex.

Our stay was exactly as described—both in pictures and in person. We appreciated the host’s upfront honesty about a small issue, and it didn’t detract from our experience at all. Although an early check-in wasn’t possible due to housekeeping, the late checkout was a sweet bonus. Great place overall, and we’re truly thankful!

Great condo!

Alice was very helpful during the booking, before checkin and throughout the full stay. The place was exactly what we were expecting from the pictures and descriptions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Both bathrooms were set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We had the twin beds put together as a king and still had space to move around Would definitely recommend this place.

Evan’s place was great! He was a great host. Loved the location and the pool area was beautiful.

This is our third stay at Betsey’s place and we’ll be back next year. The size and layout of the condo is just right and it’s very quiet. The beds are super comfortable. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and this one has more “extras” than anywhere we’ve stayed. From snacks, bathroom amenities, laundry supplies, to spices, travel mugs and more. We’re in another Airbnb now in Europe and are missing all the extras. We’ve lived in the Phoenix area for aver 40 years and this place is centrally located and it’s easy to get to the freeway and around the valley. Stay here!

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

Kelseys place was perfect for us, the amenities, the size & location! Walking out for dinner or breakfast was perfect. The area was quiet and friendly. Thanks Kelsey for the great accommodations!

Such an amazing place, amazing host, all the necessities you need are available in this Home, would definitely recommend this place and will for sure be coming back.

Very quiet despite its proximity to downtown. Calen was amazingly responsive and provided many great tips for nearby attractions, restaurants and fun things to do in Phoenix. The unit was very well stocked and we didn’t need anything that wasn’t there. Nice little patio out back that was lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This place was amazing. It was everything the listing said and more. Easy to find and parking off street is provided. The condo appears to be very new and the natural lighting is incredible. It is very comfortably furnished. The walkability is great, it is a great neighborhood and the park is beautiful. You can easily get to downtown or really anywhere whether driving, Uber/Lyft, or public transportation. I did not have any reason to contact Amanda, she proactively provided me everything I needed for the stay. I hope this place is available for my next trip to Phoenix.

The only with thing I would change is knowing that the swimming pool is not completely private.

It was great to be so close to Sloan Park! My sister and I had a great time going to the Cubs game and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you Cali!

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

Megen was a great host. My friend and I loved the space. It was very clean and comfortable.

Location was good for visiting family. Nice to have the additional amenities to start off our week, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, water, coffee, etc. gym is great on property. Pool looked great, we just didn’t have time to use it.

We had an amazing stay! Evelyn was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and just a quick Uber ride to the airport. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Tempe!

My kids and I had a great stay! Everything was very clean and the space was fresh and well cared for. Nicole was proactive & quick to respond in all her communication, we really appreciated the coffee, bottled water & starter snacks upon arrival as well as having a few board games on hand to play. Would definitely love to come back in the future!

Loved this space beautifully redone interior great beds comfy couch. The outdoor patio was lovely cooked & ate dinner out there. The pool are was wonderful. Very quiet place 🙏🏼Thank you

The condo was beautiful, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. There was a little confusion trying to figure out the garage parking, but Allie was very responsive and helpful making sure we had access to everything we needed. The location was great, with very nice restaurants within walking distance. If you have the time, check out the Diablo rooftop bar inside the Cambria Hotel, less than a block away! Overall a wonderful stay with lots to do.

We had a great stay at Erick’s place. Very comfortable beds, well decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfast and lunches. This property is very close to Tempe Marketplace, which has a large selection of restaurants and shops. We were also able to park there and catch the free trolley to Sloan Field, so very convenient.
