Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Place was very clean and brand new. The complex is great! Gym, heated pool and jacuzzi, grill, fire pits, etc. Quiet. Level 2 EV charger was nice. 6.4kW. $.30/kW. Plenty chargers available. Saeed is a very nice and polite young man.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location! Just 5 mins from everything yet not in the middle of it all. Came to town for a tournament at the AZ Athletic Grounds and it was super convenient to just be a few miles down the road. Clean place, good amenities, very helpful and nice hostess, easy to find and access, would definitely book again.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend This house was exactly as described, but honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The privacy was a big plus, and it's so conveniently located—just 5-10 minutes from food, shopping, parks, and more. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything we needed! I would definitely recommend staying here. A Quick Note for Parents: This isn’t a con AT ALL, just an FYI! We traveled with two babies, and the space was cozy enough for them to feel right at home and get some great sleep. The bed is super soft (very comfortable), but if you're a co-sleeping mom like me, it doesn't quite meet the safe sleep 7 guidelines. So, if you do co-sleep, you might need an alternative setup. Thankfully, my daughter is fine with chest sleeping, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Fantastic stay! The location, space, gym and pool were all amazing. There are also good restaurants nearby with recommendations included in the community information received during check-in. I would definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

Host was responsive when a smoke detector needed a change of battery our first morning. Didn’t take long for it to be fixed. Best part was all the special touches. There was sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plenty of coffee, and even to-go cups! We flew with the bare minimum in carry-on bags and really appreciated not having to buy essentials for the short time we were there. It was evident our comfort was a top priority. No hesitation in returning again in the future!

Taylor’s home was comfortable and private. We pretty much lived in the backyard our whole stay. The yard was so inviting and private. We loved watching our NHL games outside while enjoying the pool or hot tub. The tv outside is a great perk for us. The inside is also very inviting and clean. So many added amenities. We didn’t need for anything. We honestly couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. We look forward to returning. Thank you Taylor

We had a very enjoyable time in Cactus Blossom. Our host Andrew always responded quickly, and thanks to that we were able to check in a little early. We brought our children with us, and I think they had the most fun. From the heated pool to the Nintendo Switch, they played non-stop without wanting to sleep. The location was also just a short walk from a mall with Trader Joe's, and we were able to use Waymo to go watch MLB Spring Training. We would like to come back again at this time next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and more, which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was amazing and we loved playing the yard games. We were super sad when it was time to leave! Michele was an amazing host and quick to respond to a request we had. I would definitely stay again!!

This house met our expectations and more. It was well supplied with everything we needed for a week stay. We were able to cook and grill, and the walled in backyard was lovely for us and our pups. The location was great - quiet, well maintained neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive to the multitude of places we went to hike. The laundry facilities were excellent. We would definitely stay here again if our plans brought us back this way. Thank you for being pet friendly and reasonably priced about it.

This was a beautiful peaceful place. Easy to get to and such fun decor. They had everything we needed. Very responsive when i had questions etc. A great get away. Pool clean and great place to hang out!

Our stay at here was amazing. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go, the place was perfect for us and it’s even nicer than the photos. The workout area was great and easy to find, it was right across the street from Tempe town lake and there’s a Press coffee shop right in the building so we would grab a drink and go for a walk. It was quiet and the people were friendly. I could go on and on. We would definitely stay here again!!

Location was good for visiting family. Nice to have the additional amenities to start off our week, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, water, coffee, etc. gym is great on property. Pool looked great, we just didn’t have time to use it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect and the unit itself was amazing. The proximity to the outdoor pool and hot tub were the best! We felt right at home. Also loved the onsite coffee place. Our hosts were very responsive and gave clear and easy instructions. Would recommend to others.

Alexis was extremely helpful in addressing our needs and concerns before booking and during our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, just about a block from the Phoenix Airport Sky Train station. The huge windows in the main kitchen/living room are beautiful. The fireplace was fun to have at the push of a button. We will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend it!

Mary was quick to respond to my questions. She even allowed one of my daughter's to park her vehicle there overnight prior to flying to Salem, Oregon.

The Good: Great location near restaurants/downtown Tempe/airport, amazing amenities, quick communication from host. The Bad: Very difficult check in process, bed was extremely firm forcing me to sleep on the air mattress that doesn't stay inflated for the night, couch was very uncomfortable, microfiber towels were odd and the one cotton towel smelled bad. Overall: The location made it a great place to stay, but I would not stay again because of how uncomfortable the furniture was.
