Excellent stay and host with proximity to get out and enjoy Tempe and the surrounding area. Everything that was needed was there and as described. Tiko was fantastic to work with. Clear on communication and actively ensured everything was OK. Would definitely stay at another of his locations.

100% will stay again. Instructions can be a bit confusing but only because it’s a lot of details. If you truly read everything, you’ll figure it out and have an amazing stay. Great location and great place.

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

We really liked this space. Well stocked, clean and nice complex location. The pool was an extra bonus with nice amenities and very spacious area. Our one complaint was wet bed sheets from cleaning crew. In fact so wet the mattress pad needed to be dried as well. This caused some consternation when we retired for the evening at 10:00 and had to dry the sheets. I would not let this negative dissuade someone to use this space.

The communication with the host Marie were quick and the check- in process was smooth. Marie gave us simple and detailed instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the air mattress provided for our third guest was quick to inflate, though the pump was loud. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, with a convenient Jack and Jill layout. The location was about 10 minutes from groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from Tempe and Mesa, with minimal traffic. Overall, it's a great place for a small family.

Great location! Just 5 mins from everything yet not in the middle of it all. Came to town for a tournament at the AZ Athletic Grounds and it was super convenient to just be a few miles down the road. Clean place, good amenities, very helpful and nice hostess, easy to find and access, would definitely book again.

This was a great last stop/stay on our family Phoenix trip! It was a perfect last stop due to the in-suite laundry we were all so thankful for! The suite was very spacious for our family of 7 and the bed linens were clean and comfortable! For amenities, the gym was nice and the hot tub was nice and hot! My boyfriend loved this area of Tempe and that evening we had a great time riding on the sidewalks of this neighbourhood on motor scooters! Lots of awesome options for restaurants in this area! The hosts were really responsive and communicative which was awesome. Will be back!

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

We spent almost 2 weeks there and we felt right at home! It has everything you need and it was clean and tidy. We really loved being able to play Gallega every day 😂 Alex and Nicole respond right away if you need anything. We are heading back to Tempe in 2 weeks and will be staying there again. Thank you!!

Just like the pictures. If you like to hike - hole in the rock and the zoo are short distance and walkable. Pools were amazing and the landscaping was well done. Clear instructions for check in and out. Perfect stay for a couple. Definitely recommend.

I booked an extended stay and for the entire time I was there I never had an issue and loved every minute at the Airbnb. If I ever come back to Arizona I am 100% booking with Kim again and hopefully I can get the same place. Just an overall amazing experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

We stayed over our spring break and could not have picked a better location. Right across from Hole in the Rock, Papago Park, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, Camelback Mt, right by ASU, easy to get to gas stations, Target, groceries, and to/from airport was a breeze! Highly recommend. We would stay here again. Pool and pool area was great, friendly people, very nice amenities. Don was very responsive and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a great week.

This condo will go on my favorite list. It was absolutely perfect! It felt just like home, I can't emphasize that enough! We had no problems at all. The surrounding areas were quiet and private. We were very comfortable and each night was extremely restful. Jane was very informative upon arrival and provided everything we needed. We had no reason to contact her at all because her instructions were clear and we had no issues during our 4 night stay. Thank you so much Jane for giving us a beautiful place to stay for the weekend!

Stayed 13 days for daughter’s wedding. Great location with shopping close. We also walked the neighborhood daily with no issues, spoke to some of them and they were very nice! Home is very well laid out for groups of 6 which made it great. All tile was easy to keep clean. Had gym equipment but we did not use. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and all necessary flatware and dishes. This was one of the best homes I have stayed in! I would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

Very clean. Nice pool with hot tub. Enjoyed the nice sunset views and was able to bike and hike nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael's home is one of the cleanest, most well appointed homes I've stayed in for the last 5 years. It is located in a quiet, gated, retirement community with access to the pool, spa, and community center. It is extremely well stocked throughout the home, including the kitchen. No complaints at all. Thank you, Michael, for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful home with an amazing backyard! The location couldn't have been better. Definitely felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Wished we had more time to enjoy everything! Would absolutely book again. Thank you, Joseph, for such a terrified stay!!
