The place is so peaceful and relaxing! I didn’t want to leave the Airbnb. The shower is amazing, the steam room awesome and easy to use, the lights in the room and being able to close myself in with the curtains made it a happy place for me. The snacks were a plus! Will stay here if I’m ever in phoenix again and will recommend to friends. Thank you!!

Derek was extremely kind and attentive. My kids loved all the games outside (putting green, giant chess set, pool table, corn hole and dart board). Beautiful at night with all the lanterns and lights. Loved the changing decorations for the holidays.

Our stay at Derek’s place was absolutely amazing! This was our first time here, and it definitely won’t be our last. The space was spotless, private, and beautifully designed. The outdoor grounds were stunning, and the interior was just as impressive, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Derek is an outstanding host! From the very start, he was welcoming, communicative, and ensured everything was perfect. His hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. This place has officially become one of our go-to spots for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Listen, it’s not the Ritz Carlton. However, it’s exactly as advertised which is worth its weight in gold. Space is perfect for putting your stuff down and then getting out and about. Perfect location to get on the freeway and go; or close walk to good restaurants and bars.

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

The condo was great and met lots of nice people who rent and live there. The location was good we had no problems driving around

Upon entering Sabine’s home, the stunning view of the Superstition Mountains fills the wall of windows. Stunning view. The deck faces the mountains. Amazingly beautiful. Upon looking around, I found where Sabine had left operation instructions for several things, which did come in handy later. The house felt like home. It’s very nicely decorated and very clean. The backyard has a pool and a hot tub that gives you perfect privacy. There’s even a Sauna downstairs. Grilling on the deck while watching the sun set on the Superstitions was so very peaceful and relaxing. Sabine was a great hostess, she responded quickly to any messages I left. We’re definitely looking forward to staying with her again. The perfect place to stay.

very nice place just a little farther from the pool than anticipated and the garage was very tight but owner was very accommodating and got us a parking pass for on street parking.

The home is absolutely beautiful. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and felt luxurious. We enjoyed the pool table, the spa, and the steam room the most. Beautiful landscaping, and the pool was really nice too. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic property! We stayed over spring break and the home had all the amenities we needed. It was clean, well cared for, the kitchen was appropriately stocked, and the pool table, foosball, putting green, basketball court and swimming pool made the property awesome. We had a little trouble with tripping a breaker and the property owner was very quick to respond to help us resolve the issue. The home backs up to a main street through the community but the street is very quiet, especially at night. It is located on the southern end of Phoenix but that didn’t bother us, it didn’t take much longer than 20 minutes to get to some of the places we wanted to visit. I would stay here again.

Stephanie was very responsive and her place was very beautiful and peaceful. There was a $250.00 extra fee to use the 55+ amenities, we chose not to take it as we were there only a week. However if we were to stay longer we would most definitely have purchased the pass. They had outstanding golf courses and pickleball courts as well as several restaurants and other activities. I would highly recommend staying at Stephanie’s place. We contacted her a couple times during the checkout and she responded within a few minutes.

Heathers place was a great stay for our family! It was spacious and comfortable for all 7 of us of all ages!
