We had an amazing time during our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the horses and watching all the wildlife that surrounds the property. Leah and Ashley are amazing hosts that made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to come back next year!

Marty is a wonderful host. The tiny house is comfortable and peaceful. The walk to the bathroom and private 24/7 access is perfect. Marty goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable.

Steve was so amazing and I had so much fun! The bungalow was so cute and had everything I needed. The Jacuzzi was awesome and the flowers made everything smell so good! The bed was super comfy and the outside lights were a really nice touch. I didnt get a chance to see baby Baxter but I did meet mittens the cat! beautiful quiet neighborhood I loved it. Thank you Steve for an incredible experience!

The Freeman’s Casita in Phoenix is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. We had a lovely and comfortable stay while passing through on our way to Texas. Don’t be misled by the listing photos showing two queen beds—this charming casita actually has just one queen bed. The hosts, Peggy and Phil, change the bedding entirely (likely for OSHA purposes), but it was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. A helpful tip: Be sure to unzip the black book between the two barrel chairs. It’s packed with great local recommendations and useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Phil provide everything you need for a relaxing visit. Just bring yourself, settle in, and enjoy the cozy surroundings. Highly recommend this sweet spot for anyone traveling through the area!

Rachael was super helpful and gave crystal clear instructions for check in and check out. Place was super easy to find and get around from.

It was a very cute tiny house. It was easy to get in and easy to check out. The host was very easy to talk to. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Our only small issue was not knowing how close this place is to active train tracks that run very late into the night and early morning.

Clair and Chase are very friendly and helpful. They have a small farm surrounding which is so delightful. Never a dull moment. I love being with all their animals and fresh eggs occasionally...The Superstition Mountains are so close and so are other parks as well. I have really enjoyed my stay here in Mesa, Arizona. I will definitely come back to this little Casita if I come back to visit.

I had a great experience at this spot. Perfect location to check out Central Phoenix and Downtown areas. And easy to navigate to other cities surrounding Phoenix. But most importantly, a really nice place to stay with good amenities. Thank you, Isaac!

Kate’s place was super cute. The backyard area is definitely the standout. Fun little areas to hang out in. I wish we could’ve used the pool and hung outside more, but the weather was unpredictably cool! The beds were very comfortable and Kate is quick with responses to questions.

Rustic yet comfortable accommodations. If you are seeking solitude in a stunning environment, this is it! The sunrise and sunsets on the porch surrounded by boulders were spectacular. You can meander through the desert and find natural nooks for contemplation. A wonderful retreat.

Laura was an amazing host! I had difficulties my first night trying to get there after I’d just landed in Phoenix and she was a huge life saver! She offered to get me from the airport and help me out with my car that was having issues. She is extremely caring! I’d previously tried to book with someone else before I saw her space and they declined me because they “didn’t feel like cleaning” the space. Laura made sure I never felt like a burden and was always friendly. I would absolutely suggest this stay!

Great little bungalow. My wife and I stayed for two nights. We just basically slept there. Definitely cozy quarters but it was exactly as described and what we expected. Quiet location though neighboring house had 4 small dogs that would bark when we would go outside. There was a nice selection of DVDs and movie channels to watch. one downfall was the shower only stayed hot for a few minutes. The pullout couch was comfy and roomy. Overall, a great place to stay.

It was my first time staying in a tiny home and it was quite nice. Although small it was quite comfortable and had everything you needed. Jack’s instructions on where to park and how to get in were spot on and very clear. If you would like to experience a tiny home in the Phoenix area I would stay here.

Should have been towel bars in bathrooms. Paying for the pool heat was fine but you can’t have pool heat and expect to use hot tub. There is one heater so the hot tub is dysfunctional if the pool is heated or vice versa. One feature gets the heat not both.

Cozy Nook was very clean and quaint. It was close to public transportation and easily walkable to where we needed to be.

House was exactly what I needed for my stay in Tempe. Very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything needed to cook my meals and well above the average airbnb. The back patio had many seating options with a beautiful view. Amazing place to eat or drink a cup of coffee. Trails right behind the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Would definitely return.

the house was as advertised. It was cute, clean, smelled great when we entered, and was well stocked with kitchen and linen supplies. It was warm and inviting and we enjoyed our week long stay. Would stay there again and recommend.
