I had a great stay at Dave's place for a 4 month long term stay. Had 0 issues during my entire stay. Safe gated community with quiet friendly neighbors. Solid location with stuff to do near by. Very nice master bedroom equipped with its own bathroom. Very fast internet and good A/C unit to cool down the place during the summer. Dave responded to messages quickly and would reach out to make sure everything was good. I'd stay here again and highly recommend this unit!

Laurie called to see uf we had any questionsthe day before we arrived. she texted all the information we needed to get into the condo. She checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok and to see if we needed anything. Great host. Thanks Laurie.

Was just a short stay for us but very nice place and will definitely be staying again as our Daughter and grand babies live close by. Convenient location. Clean home. Great and responsive Hosts. 5 Star AirBnB for sure.

Matt was an amazing host, I had a few hiccups because I didn't plan things like I should have and he helped me out. He was always check-in on our needs and was thoughtful about us. The place was like my wife and son said "nice and cozy but perfect for us" and to make things even better we had everything within 5-10 mins from us. Our stay was beyond amazing and if I'm in Arizona I will definitely check in with him. Thank you Matt for the hospitality and your thoughtfulness of my family and I!

Place as described. Enjoyed how the beds could be configured as fulls or kings (came in handy for 6 people). Place was clean and a quick Uber to Scottsdale road.

Anessa's place was the perfect home for our family! It is beautiful and comfy with a very nice back patio. Easy access to the 60 and plenty of local shopping. The next time we are headed back to AZ, we will be checking to see if Anessa's place is available!

Kristi was extremely responsive and helpful as our need to stay outside of our home while our air conditioning was being repaired in the middle of summer was sudden. We were able to check in early and get situated as we prepared our children to start the school year from an Airbnb instead of their home. The kids loved having king size beds.

Rumah was very responsive and everything was great! The location was perfect for our plans and the kids were able to enjoy the pool during down time! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the area.

My wife and I stayed for about a month at Kyle’s condo. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Definitely a five star place. The condo is in a gated community so the area is quiet and safe. Check in was a breeze and the condo was just what we expected. I had a couple of questions for Kyle early on and he was responsive within a few minutes. The condo was clean and laid out with all the things we needed. There are numerous restaurants and stores near the condo with many being within walking distance. Chandler is close to many other Phoenix suburbs so exploring the area was very easy. Great stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We stayed in the Phoenix area for a week. Next year we will definitely be booking a stay with Richard again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Heather’s place was wonderful. It was a great location near a few spring training stadiums and ASU. Her and Jake were super responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Mattias’ place absolutely met our expectations- the location was great. We especially enjoyed walking and exploring the extensive green space/park behind the condos. He communicated well and we really enjoyed staying here.

Stay was great! I was touring ASU Law school downtown, so commute was very convenient (8-9 min). Stay was comfortable and accurate to description. Hosts were very responsive and even allowed us to check in several hours early to best accommodate our flights. Overall great stay very appropriate for the price!

This Airbnb was the perfect place for our temporary stay. The townhome definitely met our needs. It was neat and tidy. Everything thing we needed was available and easy to locate. Kim was very professional and prompt in her responses. I highly recommend this property for guest up to four people and I would definitely book again!

I booked this location for my in-laws who absolutely loved it from the moment they stepped foot through the door. The home was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. Robert, the host, was very responsive and extremely helpful in answering all their questions...he has the patience of a saint! If ever anyone in the family finds ourselves in the area, we will be sure to book a stay here! A big thank you from my in-laws for opening your home and providing a lovely get-away!

It was a very nice place and clean. Needed a couple essentials-frying pan-pitcher-grill- storage containers but we made do. We have a truck and parking was tight. Otherwise met Dan and he seemed very nice. Would stay again. Location great too.

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

Lovely, comfortable, well stocked, and it felt like home. We were a group of 5 adults and everyone was satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed. There was nice glassware and dishes. We enjoyed relaxing and visiting on the back patio in the evening. The corn hole boards added a bit of fun and entertainment. We felt very safe and appreciated the security measures. The neighborhood was very quiet. The off street parking was a bonus. We all very happy with our stay. Everett was a great host. He went the extra mile in communication and response. Next time we are on the Phoenix area, I will look to stay here again. Thank you for the excellent stay.

Jason was a great host, he responded promptly to any questions we had. The house was great and there was plenty of room for our entire family to stay comfortably. The appliances were all new including coffee pot and in great condition, the kitchen is really nice for cooking and roomy. The gated community had really nice security staff that made us feel at home in the gated community. The fitness room was the best we have ever had in any place we have stayed.

Ashley’s location is beautifully decorated and has lots of amenities! There were lots of toys for our toddler and she even made sure we had baby gates. There was a small hiccup with the refrigerator at the beginning of our stay, Ashley had a solution right away. We also felt like the bed was one of the most comfortable beds 😂! We had a great stay overall!

Christine's place was perfect for a little getaway. It was clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful extras that made me feel right at home. From fresh flowers to handmade soap to sweet treats, the host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She even let me know the place was ready early in case I wanted to check in ahead of schedule. While the area itself is not particularly walkable, it is in a very accessible location and offers several great spots within a very short driving distance, (i.e. lakes, hiking trails, etc.) I would definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting the area!

Maggie's place was beautiful and loved that it had a garage. It was spacious with that you would need. She would answer any questions that we had quickly. I would highly recommend her place!! Thanks.
