This was the perfect place. Much bigger than the pictures look. Had a 50th birthday party there and it was perfect! John was a wonderful host. Very accommodating and extremely responsive. Would stay in this or any of his properties again for sure!

The house was perfect for my family

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house was quiet and comfortable. The heated pool was enjoyed by all, we played basketball in the pool slot. when we were inside the family played billiards often the younger kids really liked the speedball. The home was located near great shopping and restaurants. if you are in the area I highly recommend this location.

We had some difficulty with codes and entry in the beginning but after no issues!This was an absolutely beautiful home! Well loved and cared for! Having the heated pool option was amazing and gave my family time in the colder season to play in the pool and lounge in the hot tub. The lake and views that surrounded this serene neighborhood were spectacular. We loved every moment of our stay!

Had an amazing stay at this house in Casa Grande! The place was super clean, and the communication with the host was quick and easy. The whole experience felt like home really comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Would absolutely stay here again.

Mirlene was an amazing host, always answering my texts no matter how dumb, gave suggestions on where to go. She even checked in with me to ask how my trip and concerts went. I would definitely rent from her again.

This place was great for our 3 families to spend spring break at. The host was very responsive. One of the outdoor lights that shined on the pool was burnt out and they had it fixed the next day! The house is huge and has plenty of space for multiple families. The neighborhood is gorgeous and felt super safe too. Great stay!

We traveled to AZ for a youth football tournament. The size of the place and price was perfect for our stay in AZ.

We were looking for a nice sun filled getaway for Spring Break and this was definitely it. The house was perfect and the backyard was great with plenty of places to sit, gather and relax. The pool and spa were the highlight with a great view and plenty of area to soak up the sun. Our goal was to hike in the morning and spend time by the pool in the afternoons and the house was perfectly located for that. The owners were great and very responsive from the beginning and throughout the trip. The house was clean and was nicely laid out with all the furnishings we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great place! Pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There is a shed full of fun toys and games for the kids to play with. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House has everything you need! Tatiana and Steve were great communicators, always quick to answer our questions.

Nicolas was a charming and very professional host. Was very accommodating and gracious. His dog Suzy was wonderful to have for me as a single traveller! She was very welcoming after day 1 and made my stay extra special. Only met his daughter briefly but she was charming and mature and also very helpful! Would definitely return!

Benedikt was very responsive and accurate in the listing of his wonderful place. The location was absolutely stunning. The welcoming amenities were great after traveling to AZ. Greatly appreciated it. It was nice to have the place so well stocked for our group; towels, wash clothes, beds, pillows, tvs, outside seating and the pool was great, kitchen was well outfitted also. Our dog Quinn was quite the little explorer on the property. Thanks again, Kim, Deb, Mike , and Karen and our daughters.

This place was very nice, clean, and big. Enjoyed the amenities like the pool and hot tub and also the very nice kitchen very motivating to cook lol.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to rave about our stay. We were traveling with my elderly grandmother. We got in early, and tried to take it slow but she got very tired. I messaged the host and she responded within minutes to accommodate for my grandmother. When we arrived the house was beautiful, free of clutter, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very easy to use. Multiple seating areas in the back yard was nice for visiting with our family in the evenings. Kitchen, couches were comfortable. Pool was a very nice addition coming from a cooler climate we weren’t used to the heat. So that was lovely. I would definitely stay here again and again. You will not regret this decision.

Eric was super personable and helpful. Very easy to navigate to the home from the airport. Home itself was amazing, excellent layout and location to major highways and restaurants in the Phoenix area. Highly recommend!
