We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very homey. We cooked and cleaned and it all felt normal. The ramp to step combo to the backyard was a little difficult to maneuver, mostly when taking the dog out at night when I was half asleep. But otherwise, it was very dog friendly and well-stocked! We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood - it was cool to see elk just walking around the streets! It was a nice little getaway for our family!

Great place to stay. Everything was on point. Lots of room and areas where u can sneak off and be alone. The snow made it great for our dogs for they have never seen it and loved catching the snow flakes. ( oh our grand kids loved the snow ball fights too 😁) it was nice to get away. Thank you for a great place to stay.

We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise in the front balcony, and the back patio fire pit was perfect for s’mores. There was plenty of room for everyone—I especially enjoyed the coziness of the downstairs basement suite.

This is the best rental we have stayed in. And we travel a lot! It had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible from upstairs and downstairs. The wrap around patio was a dream! It was snowing outside and we were so warm and cozy all throughout the house. The real fireplace was beautiful. The play loft was especially great for my two little ones! Definitely a family friendly place with charming decor all over. We felt right at home. It was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We saw a lot of elk too! The host was fast to respond and very helpful during booking and throughout our stay! The town itself had great restaurants, a little farmer’s market (we got some yummy tamales), and cute stores to shop in!

This cabin was great for our two night trip; very warm and comfortable. We were very pleased with all the little details, like the dog bowls and laundry soap!

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

Great getaway to the cool pines of Strawberry. Beautiful vistas. Close to restaurants, hiking and amenities.

Lo was extremely communicative and very easy to get in touch with. Cabin appears to be newly renovated and was spotless. We caught an unusually late snow and everything was perfect. The space in the back to let the dogs out on their own when it was freezing was a really great and unexpected idea. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage. Fantastic big kitchen with a gorgeous gas range. Comfortable beds. Super front- and backyard for morning coffee and stargazing. Fenced yard for our dog. Great communication from Lindsay and Lance. Much thanks for making our getaway enjoyable!

Deb was a very kind host and we felt right at home. Her instructions of how to get to the property were very easy to follow. I love the fact that she is so gracious towards dogs and allows pets. Her home was very clean and well maintained. This surrounding area is so serene and peaceful. We will definitely be staying again.

We came during snow and woke up to spectacular views. The place is perfectly curated and immaculate. Everything you need has been taken care of. They thought of every detail. Seriously. We had our adventures during the day and it felt equally great to return home to Emma's Loft. What a great stay.

We brought our 4 kids for some fun and relaxing. The house was very nice, comfortable, and generally private. We went on hikes and were lucky enough to have it snow. Kinsey was very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Sarah and Mark’s “Strawberry Bliss” cabin is an incredibly beautiful location . The cabin features an organized and stylish lay out with well stocked and supplied kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms, beautiful furniture, hot tub , outdoor sitting areas and close proximity to hiking and walking. This home made for one of the best air bnb stays we’ve ever experienced. We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us like a s’more station, snack basket and lovely bottle of wine. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need to make a simple or gourmet meal. We loved seeing elk, javelina, a wide variety of birds and a sky full of stars from the comfort of the patio and hot tub while there was still snow on the ground ! Our pup loved hiking exploring the large fenced yard and laying by the fire as well as all the dog supplies that were waiting for him. Our hosts were very responsive to inquiries we made. The only thing to improve this stay would be to stay longer!

very peaceful place, my family and I have a great experience, the only thing i will say is that the beds where a little uncomfortable, but other than that everything else was fantastic, I definitely recommend Steve's place. thank you for everything.

We came out to get away from the city. Beautiful hidden cabin! Felt right at home. The kids were able to enjoy the snow . Definitely coming back up again.

The Historic Trading Post was everything we dreamed our anniversary weekend would be and more! We wanted something quiet, peaceful and within walking distance of nearby restaurants and hiking trails. We got it all! We were also pleasantly surprised at the cute decor, the comfortable furniture and all the blankets provided for the cold nights. The jacuzzi at night, the hammock during the day, and walking to get our morning coffee were our favorite parts of the stay.

Amazing place cannot wait to book again and drown my sorrows away in their wonderful hot tub! The views day and night are incredible. The place is very cozy and big. Love the decks, fireplace, hot tub! Bedding and pillows are SO COMFY. We loved it. Thanks again James! We will be back!

Grew up in Payson & in these mountains! So good to be back relaxing & seeing all the wild life walking around us. BEAUTIFUL cabin with everything you need like coffee bar, smores bar & oatmeal bar! Fully fenced for our lab who seen deer & elk for 1st time, had feeding bowls & treats for our fur baby. Sat by fireplace, enjoyed candle lite bubble bath in sunken tub & ended our nights sitting in clean hot Jacuzzi. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home
