Nice quiet place, country setting and easy drive to Sherwood. Great gathering area inside or even in the fenced backyard. Very clean and secure. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and the stocked kcups was a nice touch.

Exceptional set & setting weekend get away that feels like home away from home. Looking forward to returning.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful property! Loved fishing in the pond and our baby loved looking at the guineas and ducks around the property! Great private and quiet property!

My family needed a place to stay when our home was under some emergency repair. It was unexpected and last minute; this home was exactly what we needed. River was a great host and the home was incredibly comfortable for us all. The communication was great, we had everything that we needed, and the house was in a great spot.

Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. Her place is well appointed and very clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will book again when back in the area.

We had a great stay at this house. Very comfy and well stocked kitchen. Karen was very helpful and left us some delicious snacks!

Andrea is a wonderful host! Doesn’t pepper you with messages but responds so quickly if you need something. This is a great location if you want to be close to the action. We appreciated having laundry facilities, two comfortable beds and clean and cute interior with river front view. There’s construction going on in the area but we were not disturbed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and especially having Andrea as a host.

We did have a minor issue and Michael was prompt with his response and ways to fix the issue. I would definitely stay at his properties again.

We stayed here for a week while we waited for our home on base to become ready and it was perfect for our little family! Michelle was always super fast to respond and was a great help when needed :) totally recommend staying here !

My family and I stayed here while attending a volleyball tournament in Cabot. it was so nice to be able to relax after a long day of tournament play and we felt like we were at home. The home was exactly as described and worked very well for our group. Theresa and Erin were very helpful and always responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town!

A perfect stay that felt like home, we traveled with our 2 infants. The home was completely baby proof and family friendly, our little ones were able to roam freely without having to worry about them getting into anything they shouldn’t. Lots of amenities offered, super close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. Clear instructions on where everything is located throughout the whole home as well. The bedding was definitely one of our favorites, beds were very cozy as well. Robert was very responsive and friendly as well. If we ever were to travel back to Little Rock we would be choosing Robert’s stay again!

Although my visit was for sad reasons, the home was cozy and quiet and my children made friends with the kids at the home back and catty cornered from the backyard so that kept them busy.

Jackie was a great host. House was super cute and easy to find. My pups loves smelling everything outside in the fenced in backyard. Will book again!

Our stay was warm and inviting. The area was very quiet. The rooms had lots of closets. Our host was very tentative and responded quickly and answer all questions. We were close to our event which made it great. Food in area was great. My only drawback was the stairs but my daughter said I needed the exercise. lol. I would stay again. Marian

I’ve stayed in close to 60 AirBnB’s and this by far has been one of my favorites! Pictures don’t do the home justice, it’s spacious, perfect for large groups, clean and each room has its on full bathroom. The artwork throughout the house is beautiful and the character of the house is timeless. Carol took her time to ensure a wonderful guest experience! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Absolutely fabulous location close to a WalMart, Walgreens, gas station, breakfast place and our event. Did not use kitchen, but did use garage space. Three great bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wedding to attend in Little Rock and we needed to have at least 5 different bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. This place was the answer! The home was beautiful, surrounded by woods, quiet, and was exactly as described. While there, thunderstorms rolled through the area so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but they were excellent spaces. We lost power for a bit of our stay because of the storms, but Becca was very responsive when we reached out. Highly recommend this home and would book it again if in the area!

Our stay at Alfred & Margaret’s Airbnb was wonderful! We were in town for a weekend getaway and a family wedding, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating a large group comfortably. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe—ideal for a relaxing stay. Alfred & Margaret were fantastic hosts, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Eric’s place was very homey and very spacious for 5 people! Loved the little arcade games and the backyard as well. Beds were comfy, love that there is a full length mirror and PLENTY of towels. I would recommend this stay to anyone :).
