Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

Very pleasant, restful and accomodating. Well worth the money. One of the better places available in this area. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great place to stay in Benton. Very very accomodating. Will most certainly rent again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful & quick stay at The Baker’s home! We really needed a place to crash on our road trip from San Antonio to St. Louis and this was the perfect home for that! It was very clean and had everything we could need and we got to bring our pup with us! Highly recommend staying at this home if you’re passing through! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Jory’s place was beautiful. She really made it feel like home away from home. Decor is nice every thing is up to date. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our first time in Pine Bluff and we loved this location. Literally right on the water with a great view. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and made for a great overnight stay! The home itself was great! Super clean, loved the back porch overlooking the river! Would definitely book again, especially for a longer stay!

Absolutely loved this place! First off, Joyce and Jerry are great communicators and made the process smooth with great instructions. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The location was perfect...easy to get to great restaurants and even to downtown Little Rock. Will definitely stay again if we get to come back to Little Rock!

Fantastic place, and very accommodating for my dog, too! The room was clean, and smelled really good, and the complimentary coffee was really good too.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Really clean, beautifully decorated apartment, easy to check in, Nathan was super prompt in responding to any needs and was on top of everything from start to finish. Black out curtains in bedroom are great, ample closet space, kitchen is excellent, and a very comfy couch!

Lori‘s place was absolutely adorable and in a perfect location. There was even an event going on a few blocks away with increased traffic and people directing cars and we still had street parking right in front of the apartment. She was super proactive and responsive. Would recommend her apartment to anyone.

Michael was amazing at being responsive, just seconds to fix any issue. Would highly recommend to any travelers, and he will welcome your dur babies

Paul’s place was very comfortable and clean. Close to downtown and great restaurants too! Perfect if you are going to a concert also. Comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen is so nice to have!

This is my second time staying here and the place was just as clean, organized, and easy to access as before. Dustin makes check-in a breeze and the space is so comfortable with furniture and towels that are beyond cozy. Will definitely book the place for a third time when I'm in town again!

Stacie had to make a change to my original reservation location months ago, and she immediately contacted me and offered this location, which was great!!! I enjoy the rental relationship we've developed and her places feel so homey and are so peaceful. I truly feel like a guest and feel so welcomed and can't wait to rent again during annual visit/event. Best host ever!!

The unit was clean, confortable and cozy. We had an extended stay and felt right at home from day 1. The host was wonderful and kind. I would not hesitate to book - worth the cost as it's centrally located to various places. Will be keeping this unit in my favorites for the next time I visit Little Rock. Gracias Ruth y Familia!

This place was phenomenal!! Perfect location, gorgeous apartment and over the top CLEAN. My entire family suffers from allergies and I don’t think this apartment even knows how to spell dust. Truly immaculate cleanliness!!
