Beautiful cabin and property! You feel like home the second you drive onto the property. My husband and I celebrated my birthday with an overnight. I wish I would’ve booked a few more nights! Definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Staying in this stylish lake home was such a pleasure. We enjoyed its elegant modern furnishings and finishes. It offers beautiful interior and outdoor spaces with sweeping views. We spent a lot of time on the roomy deck (note: no railings) and enjoying the handsome landscaping. The natural environment is pristine and beautiful. We stayed fourteen days and cooked all meals but two in the very well-equipped kitchen. The downstairs bed where we slept was very comfortable. There's a fair amount of boat traffic as this relatively narrow part of Cross Lake contains a reef mid-channel, making it an excellent fishing spot. The Lakehaus is also convenient to small and friendly downtown Pine City which we enjoyed exploring. So we loved our vacation here and will gladly return again! I've stayed at Dave's several times as a quiet and restful retreat space. I brought my daughter this time and we had a lovely weekend in the cozy accommodations of the tiny home, enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and had just what we needed for our weekend. Dave has consistently been a responsive and friendly host and made sure to come plow us out after a spring snow storm! We will be back!

Beautiful area and location on a lake that was secluded during a winter stay. It was a perfect spot for a cousins 'catch up' overnight. It was very cold inside when I arrived but warmed up quickly. No real furniture by the fire pit which is probably different during the summer. We decided we'd like to come back during the summer.

very cute place! had an issue with a camera alarm that was going off but they were very responsive and helpful and everything went off without a hitch!

This comfortable retreat is right on the river, and has a beautiful view. We spent many hours in the sunroom, playing games, reading and relaxing. There is so much natural light in the house that we kept thinking we had accidentally left lights on! This is a perfect spot for relishing some peace and quiet while enjoying nature - regardless of the weather.
