Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

My stay at Blue Space was all I could have wished. Beautifully situated right on the beach with a lovely deck to watch the sunrise. The unit was very cozy for just me and I had everything I needed. Christine was very helpful when I reached out with questions. I definitely hope to return!

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful and clean. The beach itself was beautiful and pretty private. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, calm vacation. There aren’t many shopping areas, but there are some great restaurants around, especially Smash City Burgers!! Even with rain some days it was still the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. This could just be from our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Robyn’s condo. It is spacious, clean and the perfect location. We loved the convenience of the beach and being in a quieter setting but still being close enough to restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. We loved having the front and back deck and all the beautiful views. Thanks Robyn for sharing your home with us!

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place , the pictures just don’t do justice for this condo ! We planned our first family vacation there with our 1 yr old and 3 yr old. Aaron was able to answer all my questions give recommendations on things to do around the area. Perfect location perfect view of the beach . Coroners very clean , very cozy. Unfortunately our vacation was cut very short due to hurricane Denny . But we are so excited to plan our trip next year to return !

Everything about the condo was outstanding. It was so organized and just beautiful setup inside. Coffee and breakfast every morning looking out to the pool area and the ocean from the patio made location perfect. Host was outstanding. We will be back !

The location and view from the rooftop deck are perfect! This place had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend in Beaufort. It was well appointed and very clean. We will continie to return.

Overall my friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, extremely close to the beach, and the hosts left very clear instructions for us. My only comment is that on their website they say that they have a Roku - it's actually an Amazon Firestick, and you have to sign in with your own account, BUT I think you can make an account for free so there was really no issue with that, just a slight lack of clarity. But other than that this place is a VERY good deal, especially for the location!! We couldn't have been closer to the beach, and it's less than 2 miles from a Food Lion, a local coffee shop, and a protected Salt Marsh Wetland/Estuary area which I would recommend checking out for a nice little educational nature walk! I could definitely see myself booking here again!

BBs really exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful coastal home! We stayed there for our wedding weekend at the Beaufort Hotel and the convenience and space was absolutely perfect for us. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the space upstairs which was perfect and bright! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was so much space! Would absolutely recommend and we hope to come back!

The listing does not do this condo justice. Its more beautiful in person, walk across the parking lot to the beach, so close for things to do, and the hosts were SO HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE.

We booked this trip last minute to evacuate from an incoming hurricane in our area. Our host was so kind and super responsive! We have visited Surf City before so we knew it was a great place to visit! So glad this rental was available for us! 100% would book again with this host and property!

Great location, awesome views, plus added amenities (pool + hot tubs)! Well stocked and clean. Responsive and friendly host, with such great instructions for everything you need. We had a great time & would def recommend, as well as return.

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely relaxing stay! Really enjoyed the balcony and having coffee in the morning watching the birds and the dolphins. The condo was very well stocked and we were able to prepare small meals and enjoy overlooking the water. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. We had gorgeous weather also. Loved our visit!

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

This will be our go to spot! It was perfect for our growing little family of 3 soon to be 4. The perfect amount of space for a quick weekend trip. We were happy to cosleep in the king size bed though there was the sofa bed option. We prefer not to take our active toddler to restaurants at this phase so the small kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The beach access right across the street was an absolute bonus! We just loaded the kiddo and chairs in the wagon for the short stroll. We visited the end of August and the beach and pool was never overly crowded. The aquarium was a short 8 minute drive away. The one thing I somehow didn't notice to take advantage of was the awesome kiddie pool. I blame pregnancy brain, but it will be great for our next visit once baby number 2 is here. Overall, this quaint unit was the perfect weekend getaway. We are trading our go to at Wrightsville Beach for Atlantic Beach and no crowds!

Very cute place and very clean. The gate was kind of tricky, but we had friends who lived there and let us inside. They are painting currently and some painters did randomly show up on our back porch while we were drinking our morning coffee.
