Great Lake views, close to beach and really nice cozy place!! We would be happy to stay here again!!

Had a short stay that went smoothly! Megan was responsive and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

What a perfect place to stay with my family. Plenty of kitchen items available to prepare and serve meals. Warm and inviting. Room for everyone. The large dinner table was a great place for the six of us to eat and play games. Both levels had decks with patio furniture which made it a peaceful place to listen and watch to creek flow. Close to Yosemite as well as the town. We spent our days in the park but our mornings and evenings we were enjoying the house. Grocery store conveniently located just outside the community gates along with a delicious pizza restaurant and breakfast restaurant as well. The hosts were quick with responses to our questions. We felt right at home. Wish we had booked a longer time frame. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

We loved staying in this place. Very clean, spacious, peaceful and close to the park. The only thing is that it was missing a couple of touches: salt, pepper, or a toaster. Besides that, we had a great time and we will happily be coming back.

Lilia’s place was great for a fun, kid-friendly getaway at Christmas. She even went the extra mile to decorate the house! Serene location and beautiful surroundings, too. Highly recommend!

We LOVED the place!! It was very peaceful and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. Too bad it was a little chilly because we would have loved to spend a little more time on that beautiful deck! Next time! Buffy and Chip were great to deal with and proactively reached out with all necessary info. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a nice mountain getaway!

Great place to stay at! Private area with a few minutes walk to the lake and a 30 minute drive to Yosemite. Almost everyday we saw deer on the yard and wild turkeys on our way out the neighborhood. Michael was very response and communicated effectively throughout our whole stay. Definitely recommend!

As always our stay at the cottage was stellar. If you want a place that feels like home away from home this would be the pick for you!

We are a family of 5 visiting the Yosemite area for vacation We had the unfortunate experience of booking an Airbnb that was below standards for cleanliness. We began looking for an alternate place to stay at 12 midnight. It was Labor Day weekend and we messaged a few homes to for an Instant book. The stars aligned and Tori responded at 1:30am. She sent us the code to enter her beautiful home. The home was immaculate! Linens and towels were clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen had the basic essentials and some spices that allowed us to prepare a few meals. She has Keurig machine for coffee. We used her full size washer and dryer and her grill outside-nice amenities to use during our vacation. The Mar-Val grocery store is only a 1/4 of a mile away and they surprisingly had everything you would need ! 10/10 recommend! She is definitely a Super-host!!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Michelle's place. The house was described perfectly and had everything we needed. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and all fit with plenty of space. Michelle was also very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Came up from the Bay Area to have a peaceful start to the New Year and our stay was exactly that. The community is super peaceful and close to local restaurants, store and meat market. The property itself was perfect. Everything was clean and felt brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and more making it extremely convenient. The house was well put together and felt very comfortable and homey. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and community amenities!

The place is comfortable and the children love it, they played for hours, my family and I enjoyed the cabin and we had a wonderful Christmas!

I recently had the pleasure of returning this home "Cordelia", Sonora, CA, and once again staying at this peaceful country entire retreat home. It was like coming back to a familiar oasis of tranquility. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of peace and relaxation that stayed with me throughout my stay. The property itself is simply breathtaking, nestled in the heart of nature. Whether you're lounging outdoors with a cup of coffee or taking a leisurely stroll through the grounds, there's a sense of serenity that's truly rejuvenating. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, is designed to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about the experience of their guests, and it shines through in every aspect of the stay. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise, hopefully in the wintertime when I can cozy up by the fire and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in a whole new way.

Was the best listing especially for a trip to Yosemite! Beautiful lake and very private. Really enjoyed our stay. Truly relaxing! Would definitely recommend and be back again!

We loved staying at Akanksha's place! It was perfect for our family and friends, situated in a wonderful community. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Careey's cabin! EVERYTHING was so organized. There was no guessing where kitchen supplies lived because there were stickers to guide you in the right direction. The bathrooms were also stocked with all the basics. The beds are all comfortable. One of the bedrooms had an extensive collection of board and card games and another had yoga mats and hand weights. When we weren't playing board or card games our family enjoyed tournaments on the pool table in the game room. You can't beat the location. It's a 2 minute walk to the main strip in Groveland. There we enjoyed two coffee shops, a boutique store, a flea market, pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant and the oldest continuously running saloon in California (great burgers and drinks...make sure you look up)! There is also a meat shop and fish store, but we didn't try them out this trip. The local grocery store is only a few minutes away (in the car). It is stocked with fresh produce and anything you may need for a
