This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

Kathleens space was the PERFECT spot. Super close to everything, very walkable/bikeable. Kathleen was quick to respond when I had questions, and had fantastic suggestions. The neighborhood was very cute. Kitchen was VERY well stocked, and while we didn't need much in that area (so many good resturaunts) it's great to know that if we needed to cook we would have everything we needed. Super clean, especially the bathroom! loved it, and we will be back!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe just how BEAUTIFUL this home is. The interior design took my breath away, this home was crafted with so much love and intention. The location is perfect for a quiet weekend, it’s peaceful and really allows for you to be in touch with nature. The hot tub was such a nice amenity that allowed for gorgeous nights star gazing. We will absolutely be returning in the summertime. In my 7 years of regularly staying in AirBnBs I can confidently say this is my favorite home. THANK YOU!!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. The perfect place for a weekend away with friends! Easy to find/get to, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Portland! The house was extremely clean, well stocked with anything you might need, comfortably furnished, and looked just like the listing. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay here!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas, we were even allowed to bring our fur baby! The home was beautiful with all of the amenities we could hope for.

Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and her home is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very cozy. The short walk to the beach and town market is really convenient. Her rental is a perfect home base if you’re visiting Portland or exploring the Maine coast nearby.

We (2 humans, 1 dog, 1 cat) had a great stay in Kallie's Munjoy Hill apartment. The apartment is comfortable, private, surprisingly quiet (it's on a major street, but at its far, and residential end), and conveniently located. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice bedding, and good towels (yay). We weren't cooking at home (why would you in Portland) so the minimal kitchen amenities were fine for us, and we enjoyed two restaurants and a bar within yards from the front door. We'll be staying there again and are looking forward to it. Munjoy Hill is a delightful neighborhood with restaurants, live theater, and gorgeous views of Casco Bay. Kallie was very responsive and accomodating, and we're happy to have a place in Portland where we can bring the whole family.

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Charming vintage cottage. Fantastic location just off route 1 and minutes from downtown Portland. Everything is as described and as pictured. Not fancy but very functional and clean. Quiet neighborhood you can walk around in including a shore road along the bay.
