Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay was very pleasurable. Starting with the easy check in, the instructions were very clear. The house was very clean and spacious, with all of the basic items needed to prevent you having to run out to the store to grab (iron and iron board, shampoo/conditioner, coffee maker, charging stands in each rooms). The outdoor area was very nice and a great spot to spend our time in between our daily activities. All of the equipment was working properly and clean, and to our surprise there was beach equipment for all of us staying, making our trip to the beach more enjoyable. Instructions/rules for the stay were very reasonable and clear to us, leaving little questions. (And even when we had questions, Mabel was very responsive and friendly getting our questions answered). Overall there is nothing negative to say, everything met/exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed our time at the house.

This was a great place to stay. At the end of a road next to a park in a quiet subdivision. The pool was great to have for the family. AC worked great and we had a wonderful time. Host was very responsive and flexible with our needs.

Maison agréable avec son jardin et sa piscine. Totalement adaptée pour une famille avec enfants. Dans les informations il manquait les adresses locales pour faire les courses ou pour trouver un restaurant. Quelques conseils sur Miami seraient bien venus.

Vischka has a beautiful family home, she was always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed. I would recommend staying at her place!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and has plenty for you and your family to do, there will never be a dull moment for the kids. Next time I visit Miami I will be booking this home again!

We were very taken care of here, any questions we had, they responded very quickly and helped us out with everything. Very nice host, definitely something I feel like you need to have a great vacation home is a great host.

Beautiful Airbnb with amazing location 2 minutes from the beach. Hidden Gem with semi private beach access. 2 mile walk south to the Hollywood Blvd. I would definitely stay here again. The best part is they accept pets.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Daniel's place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Miami. We would book again!!

The courtyard outdoor space was so calm and private that most of the time we couldn't even tell we were in the heart of a residential neighborhood. We stayed for a month and my husband used the first picnic table as his outdoor office. There are 4 outdoor "rooms" in the courtyard, so that didn't feel awkward even when all 4 units were full. The housekeeper is amazing and very responsive. The units are well furnished, clean, and inviting and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to make meals and store leftovers. Even though there is no washer/dryer on the premises, I highly recommend the Swifty Laundromat. It's only 2 blocks away, family owned and operated, open 24 hours and super clean. I rented a bike for the month and I could ride to the beach, several parks, Walmart, and Publix easily. I also bought a town parking pass for the month so we could park in the Broadwalk garages. Would rent here again in a heartbeat! Hidden gem!

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 14. The accommodations were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our three-night stay. The location was also great, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, making it super convenient to get around. The host was responsive and made sure we had a smooth experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

This place served our needs perfectly. My daughter and I were in town for the Miami Open tennis tournament and this location was ideal. Place was clean and tidy. Bed mattresses did have a little dirt but no big deal. Maria was super responsive and even helped when I locked myself out the first day! We didn't really explore the local area because we spent most all of our time at the tournament, we would definitely stay here again!! Special thanks the Maria for her responsiveness and attention to detail.

This place was great for our stay! We had so much room and the house was really close to a lot of stores so running and picking stuff up was super easy. We were also close to interstates to getting to other locations in Miami was pretty easy as well. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious.

Cynthia was so sweet and helpful always responsive would love to stay here again I will be back soon !
