Kimberly and co-hosts was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Room was exactly what I expected for my quick trip. Will definitely be looking to stay at another property hosted by Kimberly! !

Fabulous location in Clearwater. The location is absolutely walkable, as the beach is about 2 blocks away and the main street with all the restaurants and bars is one block away. New furniture and appliances with a very clean look.

Place was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and great walking area. Would recommend staying there. Scott was accommodating and communicated well.

Excellent downtown location! Easy to park. The unit was clean and comfortable. We found the bed too soft for our liking. The Host was very responsive, twice we had to alter our vacation date due to a family medical emergency and Brightwild was kind and quick to accommodate!

Located in a great location, place was very clean and everything was accessible. Great to do business with!

Great little place in THE BEST location in Safety Harbor. A few blocks to the walking, path along the Bay, half a block to Main St and the most beautiful old tree stands in a park directly across from this ground floor unit. We could walk everywhere in Safety Harbor and enjoyed several of the shops and restaurants, especially The Kitchen.

It was a pleasant experience and the host was very friendly and helpful!

Amazing host! We had an amazing time. But I do suggest buying a new rug, new couches and ask the cleaning team to mop better. Besides that we had a great time

The place was exactly as described. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The outside space was great! We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and enjoying the wonderful Florida weather.

Adam’s place was just as described! It had everything my family and I needed for our 4 day stay. We truly enjoyed it! The pool and lounge area was our favorite. We grilled out and relaxed while sunbathing and swimming until we pruned lol. All of the accommodations were on point. From comfortable linens to decor and games. Our host was very responsive and super friendly! We absolutely loved it, and hope to visit again in the future!

Home away from home! A beautiful home in a prime location. The pool was absolutely perfect. We came down with little to no plans. We had the most magical 7 day vacation. This home made it that much better. The owner also left more than enough detergent pods for both laundry and dishwasher. All we had to do was unpack and relax. Anything you could ever need or imagine is a 5min drive. 10/10 would recommend this home!

We had a wonderful time. Great hosts, good location, clean house, an awesome heated pool and jacuzzi, pool toys, board games, pool table for kids. Lots s of entertainment for kids. We loved it! My first communications with the host took a couple days to get a response, but after that, everything went smoothly. The place was exactly like in the pictures and the location was excellent - right on the Dunedin causeway, which was perfect for morning and evening walks/runs and sunbathing along the causeway. They had two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels, which was perfect, as Honeymoon Island State Park was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals - including a blender and coffee maker. We would have appreciated some coffee filters and a some coffee or Keurig cups, as we got in late and didn't have time to go to the grocery. The place was clean, quiet and in a perfect location for a nice relaxing vacation.

Amazing house, GREAT location...a convenience store very close, as well as walkable restaurants. We felt very safe and loved how much room the home provided. Beach access is close...just a few minutes to walk. We also loved the beach chairs provided and floats available for pool. It is also perfect for multi families. LOVED IT!

Lovely, clean 2 bed, 2 full bath apt. in a large complex. We especially enjoyed watching the sun come up on the private balcony overlooking a small bay. We saw so many wild birds and a few dolphins there. An easy 5 min. walk to the beach. There were different types of beach chairs and beach towels available to use. The heated pool was great to use on colder, non-beach days. There's a fishing dock right behind the building too. Walking distance to putt putt golf, restaurants, and a convenient store. The apt. is on the 6th floor, but there are two elevators and shopping carts and luggage carries for residents to use for groceries and things. Very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

A great place that we found! Couldn’t be more happier! The view, the people, and accommodations! 5 Star! So thankful for this place! We will be back!

As described, comfortable beds. Great location. There is not a parking permit in the condo. Floors are not clean. Some beach and pool supplies are available for use.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. It was so new and modern. The split floor plans is a very attractive feature for us, and also having the extra half bath. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite luxurious. Every detail was high end and well planned. Example, every bed had night tables on both sides giving private space to each guest…awesome! There was so much storage in the kitchen and it was well stocked and ready to use. The decor was exceptional and attractive. We loved everything! Oh I almost forgot, each unit has two parking spaces in the enclosed garage, loved it! The owners also had a storage area with lots of beach toys and a wagon! Yay! We are already planning another family vacation!

Vacasa are true professionals and their experience in running a vacation rental business shows up clearly in staying with them. They are great with having a responsive team of people to help with any issues and have worked out all the kinks of check in and hosting procedures to make it feel as seamless as a hotel stay. The apartment itself is lovely, even roomier than the pictures show. Could see how 2 families with younger children could easily stay comfortably. The location itself is steps away from the trolley (download the Flamingo Fares app for mobile ticketing) and makes it convenient to get up and down the Indian Shores area. Salt Rock Grill (right next door) is also an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend visiting during your stay.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to our favorite beach and easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. The place is huge, absolutely spotless, and exceeded every one of our expectations. We hope to return next year!
