Walking distance to downtown St. Pete’s which made life very easy (parking downtown is challenging). Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk to an array of restaurants. House is fairly small but we didn’t plan to spend time indoors so it wasn’t a problem.

great location, walkable to the Pier for great restaurants. Uber was always very responsive and on time.

Karen and Pete have been wonderful hosts! My husband and I were displaced by the recent hurricanes, and needed a place to stay while we get our house repaired. They have been very welcoming, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help out if needed. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. It's a large private space, with lots of windows and natural light, with a nice sized main room and kitchen. The home has reliable high-speed internet which has been great for my husband working remote. It's in a peaceful country-like setting with beautiful flowering vines and mature oak trees surrounding the property. Located across the street is Walsingham Park, a large county park with walking/biking trails, lakes, and picnic areas. It's also close to the Pinellas Trail, an awesome bike trail that runs the entire length of the county. The property is located in a quiet residential area with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Leigh Ann's property was nothing short of stellar. Just the right amount of space for our party of two girls trip! The kitchen & bathroom had all of the right essentials for coffee & basic cooking. We loved the beach necessities that we totally forgot to pack as well. Check in & check out were status quo, we actually were able to get in a tad early, in which we are eternally grateful. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes for a few restaurants, and a 30 minute walk or $10 Uber to downtown. Overall, 10/10 would stay again!

Quaint little studio. Very quiet and comfortable. Bebe was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Dirk and Erika were wonderful communicators and the space was in an awesome location, we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. It was quaint and on a quiet street, we were thankful for a weekend away!

We had an amazing stay at Josh & Joy's place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Josh & Joy was incredibly communicative and welcoming.

Very nice quiet space . Clean and exactly how it was described . Loved staying there and would most Deff book again for next vacation. Felt like home away from home ❤️

Victor was extremely helpful and let us book the day of our reservation! He responded quickly to any questions I had. We needed to use the air mattress for our third guest, and he had the housekeeper come by to set it all up for us! The back yard was my favorite part of the place! I would definitely book here again!

Kate and Dave have been a great hosts ! So nice and friendly, we even had a chance to spend some time around the barbecue all together and with one of their friends ! Their baby doggies are so cute (parsley and Casper) !! We really enjoyed à really good time at the missing studio! The backyard is such a good peaceful area with the pool, the cot hole game and mostly the barbecue !!! I’ll definitely recommend that place if you wanna live as a local !!

This is a hidden gem! The hosts did a phenomenal job making this place make you feel like you are right at home!!! Also quick to reply and very friendly! It’s quiet yet so close to everything st Pete has to offer! I’d stay here again and again!!

We had a wonderful stay in the guesthouse.The resort like property was impeccably clean, conveniently located, and Priscilla was very responsive to our messages and questions. We especially appreciated thoughtful amenities,coffee, spices, everything we needed !! The bed so comfortable and very soft clean linens. Great handicap parking. So thankful I did not get a ticket as I kept forgetting to leave my placard in my vehicle! Highly recommend this listing!

We had the most amazing weekend staying with Carlos and Ileana’s place. To start the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood but just a few miles from downtown Clearwater beach and the awesome town of Dunedin. The area you’ll be staying in is a backyard sanctuary and was exactly what we needed after long days exploring the area, the hot tub was definitely appreciated after a long day of walking and was immaculately clean. Inside the home was also extremely clean and all of the amenities provided were a great touch. Carlos greeted us as check in with some of his delicious sangria and was extremely welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to stay! We were in town to watch the Phillies spring training at bay care park and feel like this was the perfect location!

Loved everything about this stay! Camila was super helpful from the beginning and accommodating. The home was super cozy and a great location with plenty to do nearby.

We had a great stay. The unit is darling and highly functional. The setting was very quiet and private, and in the midst of a beautiful garden.

They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! Very lovely place, recently renovated so nice new appliances, lighting, etc.. Also in a very convenient location, close to the beach and downtown. Was happy to have reverse osmosis water as well.

We enjoyed the privacy and lovely neighborhood. Easy drive/walk to restaurants, parks, water. The guest house was clean and well-appointed. (I don't think we would have been able to find the place without the DETAILED instructions Rob sent, since we arrived close to midnight.) If we find ourselves in the St. Pete area in the future, I would not hesitate to book this guest house again

Place is well located within downtown, with all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in st. Pete

It was a great 2 months in Tampa - the location worked great and the ability to have a yard for my dog was just perfect. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Located conveniently to Baycare Park and the beach. Lots of places to eat and to pick up what you may have forgotten. It threw us off a little when someone showed up in the adjacent quarters the last night we were there. It may have been nice to know ahead of time as no one was there our entire stay. It was not a problem, but caused us a little bit of concern at first. She was quick to reply when we had issues with the internet, but it was resolved quickly. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a delightful stay,

10/10!! Everything about our stay was terrific. The place was squeaky clean and had more than everything we would need for our family of 4. The outdoor patio/ landscaping was incredible!! We loved having the pool, multiple places to sit, hang out, eat. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops and a short drive to the beach. Spencer and Ben were great hosts, flexible, responsive and had great recommendations. Can’t recommend enough!

If you are traveling to the Tampa/St. Pete area, this is a great place to stay! We felt right at home the whole time. The place has all of the luxuries you would need, like a washer/ dryer, and dishwasher. It is very close to just about anything you would want to do. 20 minutes to all of the beaches. 10/10 accommodation!

Great spot, apartment was very nice and more spacious than I was expecting. Checking in was really easy and Sean’s proactive instructions and landmark photos were very appreciated. Apartment is very walkable to downtown and a lot of restaurants and shopping but also easy to navigate getting in and out with your car too. Would absolutely book again.
