Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

A chill from home experience, a true bohemian backyard vacation. The covered deck is a great place to hang out and count the squirrels and the occasional bluejays. 6 squirrels and 2 bluejays were the most I saw but there are almost always 2 or 3 squirrels running around. There is a pair of osprey nearby. Thoughtfully and very artistically decorated, old Florida charm.

Quaint little studio. Very quiet and comfortable. Bebe was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

This was so perfect for my husband and I. We stayed for a music festival and was walking distance to Vinoy Park where the event was being held. Lots to do around there and great night life. The place was very cozy and it was so peaceful ☺️ we very much enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again!!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Sarah’s place was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the pretty landscaping and she was a very quick responder! We would definitely book here again!

I enjoyed my stay at Carols place. It had everything I needed. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would stay there again when visiting the area.

My husband and I rent a place in St. Pete for a couple of weeks yearly in the Spring. We were lucky that this beautiful place became available when we wanted to be in Florida. We won the prize! This place was centrally located so we could walk the neighborhood and visit the parks, restaurants and Central Ave. The house was perfect with everything we could possibly need and the lovely garden and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Danielle and Sam have provided everything in a detailed and caring way. We will return next year.

Absolutely amazing stay, I had a wonderful time for a little getaway and this is conveniently close to a lot of great places! Jeremy was a great host and I could ask for anything better!

My 9 year old daughter, my 50 lb dog and I all stayed in this little slice of paradise. The mini house is very well-appointed with no small detail left untouched. It was private, very close driving distance to all of the attractions we wanted to do. The patio is perfect sized to have a coffee and breakfast on. There’s a small turfed area for your dog to do their business. Instructions for everything were very clear - from where to park, where to place the trash, the used linens, a huge stack of fliers for places to eat and things to do. I felt very safe walking my dog throughout the neighborhood, neighbors I did see were friendly and waved. I can’t say enough great things about this adorable property. We CANNOT wait to come back!! John was a very gracious host. The space was clean and cheerful. Most notable…it is quiet. Great location and the value was the best in the area. Fantastic.

Stayed here for three nights and loved it. Supermarket, coffee/bagel place, laundromat are all 10 minutes on foot or 3-4 minutes by car. Beach is 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car. The place is clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The space out back is cool and relaxing. Caleb made everything easy from the booking until check out time. In and out with zero problems. Perfect spot for a solo traveler or couple. Would definitely come back!

Luis is a great host. He always communicated immediately, was proactive , made everything simple and easy. The place is a very clean, well appointed Tiny Home that's just really easy to find, get in and out of and everything is new and clean. Couldn't be any better

5 stars. House was just as described. Hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms were immaculately cleaned. Outdoor area was private and peaceful. Will definitely book with them again.

Our stay was perfect. We were attending a music festival nearby and the accommodations had everything needed for a wonderful stay . The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the water bottles and doggie treats left for us . Brittany was an amazing host . So sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a blanket to sit at the festival . She gave us great local restaurants that we were able to walk too . The backyard was fabulous and so relaxing. Total tropical vibe . The guest house was well appointed and very clean and private . Parking on the street was not an issue whatsoever and a space was always available. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you again Brittany for being so warm and friendly. I felt like we were almost life long friends :) hope to return and see you soon

Julie was very friendly. If there were any issues, her response time was great. I really liked the place. It's perfect for one person or a couple. It was decorated nice. My only complaints were it needs a thorough deep cleaning. Wall hangings, base boards, knick knacks etc, were dusty. But the location was great & I would stay there again because of all of her amenities, her response time & the price was good.

We had a very nice stay at the Bungalow, the interior and the decorations were awesome, the kitchen had everything you needed, check in and check out were super easy, overall a great experience!

My husband and I had a nice and peaceful stay! The cats and farm were a plus. Cindy was the main person we kept in touch with and she was super helpful in getting us settled in and responding to what we needed. We also got to enjoy the farmer’s market on Sunday. If we are ever in the area, would love to come here again!
