Amy’s place was perfect in every way! Exactly as it looks from the pictures, quiet, and close by to LMU and Cumberland Gap. We would definitely stay here every time we come for a visit!!

When we arrived the place was just as described. Clean, peaceful, great yard. Issues with the internet and we notifed them and they were quick to respond and they quickly moved us to another house next door. This house was also beautiful and clean. They recommended the local restaurant at the end of the road and B&B market is definitely somewhere you want to eat!! Food was delicious! Both houses were very well maintained. James and Megan were wonderful to deal with, very nice and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying with them and will stay again next time we come to ride. Numerous riding trails within a few miles. Not very far from town. The 2 houses we stayed in were at the end of the road with lots of room to park 2 extended cab trucks with trailers. If your wanting to ride at Tackett Creek or Royal Blue, you need to check these places out. Offthetracks 2 and 3 are both well worth the stay!!! Highly recommend!!! And if you have a big group, these 2 are right next door!

We loved getting to stay here and being able to bring the pups. Very accommodating and welcoming- even leaving treats out for our pets! We’ve already started talking about our next stay.

We loved our stay at this home! The home was lovely. The pictures of the home are accurate. I especially loved the front porch and patio area! These were not shown in great detail among the Airbnb pictures, but this would be a great advertising point. The big front porch has rocking chairs, an outdoor table with chairs, and a porch swing. The patio area has patio furniture, picnic tables, a retractable sun shade, an outdoor heater, and a fire pit. We definitely enjoyed our time there. The host, Betty, was quick to respond to any questions. She was kind, gracious, and welcoming. Thank You!

It was a very beautiful place, the view was amazing, I loved the cabin, a lot of space for a big family, only down side is that if you like to make phone calls, they won’t go through cause there is no service, but there WiFi helps to have internet, it didn’t bother me cause I enjoyed my vacation without a phone and worrying about people calling me. It was an amazing view, better view in person than in pictures for sure!

Mary Beth was wonderful to work with. She accommodated our last minute reservation for us due to weather driving us farther south. The place was beautiful, secure and safe. We will definitely be back!

John was so helpful and accommodating for our college softball team of 23 people. His precise directions and active communication were extremely comforting and offered an easy check in and check out process. The home itself was great and spacious with lots of fun activities to do and the area was so peaceful, would definitely come again!

Stephanies place was very beautiful, it was everything the description said it would be. Great area to stay in as well!

Unit was fine for a short stay. WiFi did not work and television was broken. There also is not a private bathroom, the toilet is next to the bed, so keep that in mind if you are staying with someone. The bed was comfortable and unit had everything we needed for an evening. A cool property and Jenna is very friendly.

Everything you would hope for in an Airbnb! Location, clean, stocked with everything you need, fun amenities, and hot tub worked great! Host did a great job providing a hospitable experience. We will be back!

5-Star Stay for a Dirtbiking Getaway! I had the best stay at this Airbnb while riding dirtbikes in the area! The place itself was super cute, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect escape. It was conveniently located near some amazing trails—Blue Royals was a blast and so close by! One of the highlights was checking out DTF, a great local spot with delicious burgers that hit the spot after a long day of riding. Overall, this Airbnb was the ideal base for an adventure-filled trip, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect place. Was there for work and had everything I needed in her place very clean. Centrally located to several places I need to go. Will stay again if I have to come back to Morristown.

Only stayed one night. Chose this property due to close proximity to Big Ridge State Park. Super cute accommodations and Karen was very responsive.

We enjoyed our time at Ride the Line. The cabin had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for our group to stay in the cabin and also plenty of driveway room to park two gooseneck trailers. Close to multiple trails and the owner was knowledgeable of the trials. If we had any questions the owner was very responsive and helpful.

There's not a lot of great options in the area and this house was above and beyond other options. There were a few small things that needed addressed but not deal breakers. Clearer directions on access and parking with a trailer (we got ourselves in a mess trying to turn around a trailer on the small roads). There were only 2 forks for a house that sleeps 6, luckily one of our party made it a game to eat with a spoon all week. The kitchen vent hood was non-functional leading to a smokey mess on dinner nights. All that being said the house lived up to it's pictures, provided a great location for access to wilderness, and had plenty of accommodations for a peaceful get away. Would stay again.

Truly one of the very best AirBNB's we've stayed at. Immaculately clean, lots of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful home and surroundings. (It's also nice to have some fun hiking in the area!)
