We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

They were so nice Dana responded back immediately when I messaged her. Her husband is a BALL OF FUN he recommended the gay clubs to us even though we fell asleep after the jacuzzi when I say the jacuzzi is EVERYTHING mannnn I love it there didn’t wanna leave

Great spot and host! Very easy to get into and the host is very responsive. Convenient location, close to everything. Clean and matches the description, looks just like the pictures. The only complaint I’d have is that the mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but good enough. Everything else was great!

Marcy is such a lovely host. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour, let us know any pertinent info, and told us we could contact her any time. Her home is lovely and the Airbnb portion is really pretty. The pool, hot tub, bar lounge area is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The Airbnb is on a residential street if you want to go for walks. There’s also some local eateries within walking distance like a taco place and bakery. The Airbnb is located very close to an airport so if you are sensitive to plane noise that’s something to keep in mind. I would highly recommend Marcy!

Beautiful home, and the outdoor space was just fabulous. Private and beautiful are words to describe the backyard area. Hosts were so responsive as well. Walkable to many places which made it great! Our group of 8 had plenty of space. Everything really just as described! Thanks for a great week!

We look forward to our annual visit to River House. Always renewing to relax by the river and enjoy the tropical surroundings, we especially enjoy the daily visits of iguanas and water foul. Daniel and Orlando are fabulous hosts! The property is well maintained and they are quick to respond to any questions. Our go to beach is by Allison Park (good parking there) which always includes a stop at Don Pan for empanadas.

Enjoyed the amenities and location of the house! Charles had a very quick response time when the AC was acting up and was able to help fix it.

Great comfort and matched the needs of our group of 7. Walking distance to dine in/take out was ideal. Would not hesitate to request this property again, should we be in the Miami area. Thanks again

We were looking for a house outside the center with a private backyard and Tim's house was a perfect choice. It was spacious and very comfortable, great for our longer stay. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook at home. The fridge comes with a cold water dispenser which was very handy. Tim is an excellent host. He replied very quickly when we had questions or issues and followed up to make sure each of the problems was resolved. Internet connection (once we were provided with access to a second network) worked well throughout the entire house and even in the backyard, far away from the router. The neighborhood is safe and green. You're one minute away from the highway but no traffic noise reaches the house. The worst part is that there's regular noise coming from leaf blowers and lawnmowers (and other noise generated by landscaping companies), but that's common in Miami and doesn't depend on the host.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

One of the best airbnb's I have been to so far. Comfy, clean, quiet and all that for a very affordable price. I did enjoy dining in the garden a lot. Anna and Vlad are very helpful and answer on a short notice.

Had a great stay! Everyone in my party of 11 enjoyed the property and the amenities. The theme is very cool and elevates activities on premises. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. Would recommend!

We had the best time in Alex's home. The space is great for a group of seven, the heated pool area was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

I had stayed at this home for my 60th birthday with my daughter and five other girlfriends. We had the best time ever. It was a little too far as my son lives in Fort Lauderdale but if you were to stay in that area for other reasons, it was fantastic. It still was definitely local to a casino and a lot of other fun stuff.

Easy check in to a safe nice area, comfy nice home with a lot to do in the area such as many restaurants and the beach.

Clare was an exceptional host. She was very warm, friendly, and super responsive. The space was beautiful and very well kept. Her recommendations were amazing and made our stay go with ease. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Eden was a wonderful get away for and I. Even though I worked somedays it felt as though I was already on vacation. The yard and pool were very private and nice for lounging around in the sun. Evenings were our favorite time to sit around the pool and watch the sunset. This was such a wonderful place and really appreciated Christina's responsiveness to any of our needs. Definitely would recommend.

The house was perfect for my 50th Birthday celebration with 7 friends. The pool was nice and relaxing. The location was perfectly placed between the beach and downtown so it was walkable in all directions. We had an issue during our stay, but Valeria quickly responded and handled everything. It is located on a main street so there is some traffic noise but everything else made it worth it.

Eddie’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we wanted warm outdoor space. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of places to sit and relax in the warmth. We spent the majority of our time there, only going out for groceries and brunch. Had a hibachi chef come for an outside dinner and there was plenty of room. Moved tables together and we all sat together. Plenty of beds and blankets and the beds were comfy according to most. We will def come back again. Plenty of what was needed in the kitchen for a large group (plates/utensils). But most of our time was enjoying the outside weather with each others company. We had one issue with a coffee maker and Eddy was right there. Looked like previous people melted something, but we wanted them to know. There were two coffee makers there to begin with. Also the outside fridge was perfect for beverages! We will be back!!!! Thank you the perfect house for us 🥰
