We really enjoyed our stay at Katy's. It was just like staying at home. It was a really nice and a clean house. It had everything there that we needed and more. The house was fully stocked with everything u need. The back yard was really nice with the covered area with the firepit and chairs. She was an amazing host, and we will definitely be back.

The place was exactly as expected, very clean and well stocked for a family to spend time together. The kitchen has things most places I’ve stayed have been missing which was really nice for cooking. Possibly the best unexpected perk was the gorgeous sunsets from the top deck every night. Couldn’t get enough. Very easy walk to the beach with paid parking if one preferred to drive. Our dogs also had a great time…just be prepared for sand spurs in the yard and surrounding areas. Jen responded quickly when we had any questions, the whole experience was pretty seamless!

We had a lovely weekend at Su’s place. The location was convenient to the downtown Wilmington area. The house was decorated as described in the listing- beautiful and ornate. The place was very clean and the back courtyard provided a nice private space to gather. Highly recommend.

My family had such a great week at Palm Breeze. The house was clean, all details were spot on. It was quiet and a safe neighborhood. George was always available if we needed anything. Check in and out was a breeze! Thanks for a great week. We plan to return very soon!

This place was exactly as listed. The access to the beach made it so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Everything was perfect. The location, was close to my family. It was close to stores, restaurants and not too far from the beach. My dogs loved the yard. They had so much room to run and play. I had to work while I was there. The desk and set up was just what I needed. It really was everything I needed and will definitely stay here again, when I’m in town. Communication was good and they were quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here! Pet friendly and a great place to stay with your family.

We had an awesome stay and Vincent was great to communicate with! He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. We were preparing a Thanksgiving meal while staying there and Vincent was able to send me photos of all of the kitchen items so we knew what all we needed to bring. He even added more silverware for us to use. Overall the stay was super comfortable for our family and we loved being able to use the fenced in backyard with our two dogs. Everything was seamless with check in and check out!

We had a great stay. Would for sure stay here again. Beautiful home and surrounding area. Alan was very proactive with our stay which made this a very easy going vacation.

Very spacious home right by the sound. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets at this perfectly located house. Wonderful space for the family. We had tons of fun and enjoyed spending time in this space. The pool table was loads of fun and the hot tub was wonderful. It was warm enough that that we could enjoy meals outdoors. This house is close to everything so it was east to run to the store for anything we missed.

Wonderful hosts and a great vacation home! We loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood.

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

Great get away for our whole family! The home was beautiful with plenty of space around the house and a lot to do inside as well. The hot tub and pool were also a plus! Would definitely recommend and stay again when visiting N. Carolina!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Hot Mess was a fabulous place to stay. It was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos. The elevator made it very easy and convenient to move bags and groceries to the 3rd floor kitchen. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The baths were huge and the showers were amazing. The pool, even though it was small, was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views were great and access to the beach was easy. We will for sure be back!

Alot of space, large kitchen, beds were comfortable. kids loved the shared pool and private hot tub. Pool was warm even though it was chilly outside and too cold to swim in the ocean, so my kids had a blast swimming and getting in the hot tub every day. Amazing that we got to bring our 2 dogs with us. Only downfall if you have bad knees this place has alot of stairs but if that doesn't bother you then you're good! So close to the beach, walk across the road to the access path and you're there ! Loved how close we were. Will definitely go back when weather is warm enough to swim in the ocean ! they had chairs, cart , boards and stuff to use at the beach but it was very chilly and windy so didn't stay long on the beach to use what they had. Also a Foosball table and darts!

We can't stress enough how great Kendra and Travis' place is in Wilmington. We spent five weeks there, working in sunshine (rather than the snowy Midwest) and everything was wonderful. Their place was spotless when we checked in - not a speck of dust or sand anywhere. The decor is soothing and artful and makes you feel right at home. There is a ton of space and so many bedrooms! The sunny dining room/porch was so toasty during the workdays. The Wifi is speedy, there's a million TVs and as far as a family stay - all you need to bring is your sunscreen and bike helmet. It's located in a great part of town. There are a bazillion dining options, its super close to the college and there are bike and walking paths everywhere. The beach is literally hop, skip and jump away. SO CONVENIENT! Every question/concern was answered right away. We had an area power outage and Travis and I jumped on a call and got everything fixed up right away. We would stay there forever if we could - LOL!!

The place was great and clean! My only complaint was the WiFi was very spotty. It kept coming in and out!

Was an awesome experience! We absolutely loved the place and the decorations and the whole atmosphere. They even recommended us some restaurants and places in the area to see. They were very helpful with everything, would definitely recommend to anyone looking into staying in the area!

The stay we had truly felt like home away from home. We had a lovely time and Carmen was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Pamela’s was great. We were only one minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need! Communication with her was great too. We hope we can come back next year!

Adorable spot that was perfect for our stay. I booked last minute due to a cancellation of another reservation, and I’m glad it worked out that way! Deborah was super nice and personable, and her place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Nicole's place was exactly what we needed for our quick beach trip! The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. Location is incredibly close to the beach and to shopping in Wilmington. Hope to book again in the future!

David and Patricia were great hosts, always responding within a few minutes. The house was neat and clean and very convenient to Historic New Bern.

Was a great stay, clean and the host was very kind also gave very clear instructions. Would stay again and would recommend! :)
