A fantastic apartment in an Ideal location for exploring Madrid. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance . The metro which has a stop right outside the building is easy to negotiate and is clean and efficient and very good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beautiful Madrid.

Everything was perfect. Small place but very very nice! Great location!

Departamento ubicado en el barrio de Chueca a pasos de todo. Estación de metro, supermercados, restaurantes, bares, vinotecas, etc. Departamento amplio en un cuarto piso luminoso. Posee un dormitorio, el cual no se encuentra cerrado, por lo tanto carece de intimidad con el resto, una cama que sale de un mueble y un sofá cama. Amplio espacio de guardado en un gran Placard. Excelente calidad de sábanas y toallas. Óptima temperatura con presión de agua en la ducha. Muy bien aislado sonoramente, se puede descansar perfectamente. Guillermo siempre contesta rápidamente y está, tanto el como las personas que se encuentran en el edificio trabajando muy predispuestos a solucionar inconvenientes que se pueden presentar. Es posible dejar las maletas tantosi lllegas antes como si las necesitas dejar luego del check out, aunque no hay recepción todo el día, el horario es de 8 a 18:30.

Me encantó el alojamiento, todas las amenidades estaban tal cual al anuncio, es una zona bastante tranquila y con mucha facilidad para el transporte público. En caso vuelva con un grupog rande, espero encontrar el alojamiento disponible nuevamente.

Stayed here for my sister's wedding with my parents and siblings. The place was able to accommodate us all. It was nice that it has a washer, but we had to use the dryer at a laundromat because it was raining the week we spent there. Otherwise the hosts were very responsive, half way through our stay we received a change of linens which was great

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Very good value for money for our 3 nights. Away from the city centre but nice 30 minute walk or 5 minute walk to nearest metro. Nice & clean apartment, very spacious. Check in was very easy as we were met in the apartment. Kindly allowed to store our luggage in apartments after checkout as we flew later in the day. Very good spot if taking a trip to Madrid, thanks guys 👍🏻

Excellent location situated in a courtyard with lots of outdoor bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable and matched the description. Daniel was an excellent host and gave some great recommendations.

The stay was great. We were greeted by a host who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location couldn’t be any better. It is right in the center of shopping and restaurants, and has tons of public transportation options to get all over the city very easily.

Beautiful place and a great host.

We had a great stay in Leonor's apartment during our visit to Madrid (and our 11mo son's first trip abroad). She provided a crib. The apartment was as described, with a great location and the host was very responsive! Due to record rain the elevator was broken for most of our stay, but was repaired toward end of our visit.

My family and I loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was always responsive and helpful which is always appreciated . We would definitely come back again!! 🤗

I can't say enough about the location!! I'm not a shopper but this location was just around the corner from Gran Via - which has anything and everything you would ever want! Great and abundant food options steps away in every direction, plus large parks close and further distances away. The Royal Palace is an easy 10 minute walk as is Puerta del Sol. I like to walk miles and miles and miles, so in addition to those locations above, I walked to the University and to Parque Retiro and other areas that I felt were very walkable from this location, including the Very Fun and Most Excellent Mercado San Miguel. I can't say enough about it! Felipe was VERY HELPFUL and responsive with my questions before check-in, and everything was so perfect I didn't need to talk to him afterwards at all!

Muy buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo para poder dormir sin ruidos, a destacar la predisposición por parte del dueño para facilitar el check in.

We enjoyed our stay! Such kind and chill hosts! The cleaning lady greeted us when we arrived early and allowed us to drop off our luggage. She was very kind and accommodating. The space was quaint and clean, in a quiet location but a short walk away from the city center and all fun things to do. Would highly recommend, also the doorman is super sweet

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Ubicación ideal, apartamento bonito y muy cómodo. Flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y Raquel fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

Mycket utförlig information och guidning kring hur man tar sig till boendet, hur man tar sig in, hur allt i och kring boendet fungerar, vart man kan äta, vad man kan se, allt -verligen allt! Värden håller kontinuerlig kontakt för att se att allt går bra, man känner sig väldigt trygg!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. The kitchen is very well stocked and our hosts, Marta y Arturo, were communicative, helpful, and flexible. We would love to visit again.
