Piombino : locations de villas de vacances

Já havia ficado em outros locais na Toscana! Mas esse lugar realmente é especial ! Estávamos em 4 casais e dois bebês! O lugar é perfeito para família ! Quartos espações , área comum excelente, todos os utensílios domésticos impecáveis ! Jardinagem excelente ! Ou seja, um dos melhores lugares que eu experimentei na Itália ! Com certeza voltarei ! A localização é ótima ! 30 minutos de san giminiano , 40 minutos de Siena ! O vinho que ela produzem é sensaciona!

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Merci !! Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances entre copines à 9 ! Un peu d’humidité du fait du temps, mais l’endroit est idéal en été et réconfortant au coin du feu quand le beau temps n’est pas présent !

Der Aufenthalt im Casa Rosa war sehr schön. Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle grosse Küche, sehr grosser privater Garten mit schönen Sitzplätzen. Die Lage gut, nebenan hat es ein Campingplatz, dessen Animation bis spät abends hörbar ist. Keine Flaniermeile mit schönen Ständen/Boutiquen/ Restaurant in der Nähe. Das hat uns doch sehr gefehlt. Fussläufig wenig Schönes zu erreichen. Einkaufen mit dem Auto jedoch in guter Zeit möglich. Der Weg zum Strand im Hochsommer wegen der Hitze und heissen Sand mit kleinen Kindern eher anstrengend. (7-10 min). Der Strand mit Sand und Steinen war sehr sauber. Das Meer rasch abfallend, aber auch sehr sauber. Viel Platz für Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die uns zur Verfügung standen. Wir haben uns von der Gastgeberin Desi zweimal bekochen lassen, es war sehr fein und reichhaltig. Lieben Dank, Desi. Zusammenfassend für uns Dreigenerationenfamilie: Tolles Haus, toller Garten, schöner Strand, Lage sosolala.

Kommunikation war problemlos und schnell möglich. Curio und Besitzer waren sehr found hilfsbereit. Tipps für lokale Restaurants und Ausflüge waren sehr gut. Unterkunft einfach zu finden. Gutes Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Lage mit tollen Ausblick, Weingut gleich gegenüber und per Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Anwesen sehr gepflegt und schön. Ausstattung sehr gut. Pool und Umgebung wurden täglich gereinigt… Waren rundum zufrieden

In a word... SPECTACULAR! What Italy calls a Villa, we in the states call a mansion on an estate! Even better than the pictures! The gated entry and long driveway is priceless and the house matches the same. I've stayed at dozens of AirBNB's and have never had such an accommodating host. Endless recommendations, and good ones. We stayed in March, and although the pool was already open, it was too cold to use. The pool is priceless as well for those that rent during the season. San Gimingnano is minutes away and is such a suprisingly amazing village, that we'll return again. Dricing distance to Siena and Florence and everywhere in between. Wineries everywhere! We will return during harvest season one year and would definately stay at Serena's place again!

This villa is fantastic, the thing that is most impressive is the outdoor spaces for eating, playing, the pool, the views. The villa itself is so large but feels inviting. If you have a car it's maybe a 10-12 minute drive to the historic center of Siena. We were in Siena for a wedding and this place was perfect for the 7 of us. Our host, Roberta, was there at the villa for check in and went over all the instructions. She was helpful for ideas about places to visit, restaurants and even recommended a chef for breakfast, which we took her up on. The chef was outstanding. Roberta was there at check out and helped us with a taxi and places to visit. I was sad to leave, but I will be back. Siena is so beautiful to visit and meander around town, and see the historic sites.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone was so delighted with Alberto’s place. The outdoor terrace is so wonderful. We went swimming in the pool. We cooked wonderful meals the kitchen was the best ever in a rental. So many pots and serving platters. There were linens for the table and beautiful candelabras and the grand table in the dining room was so beautiful. We are grateful we could stay here.

Excellent séjour chez Leonardo ! Magnifique propriété chaleureuse, accueillante et très propre. Tout est fonctionnel et spacieux en plein cœur du Chianti ! Leonardo est adorable, réactif et très disponible. Avec une petite attention à notre arrivée 🙏 Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons !

Massimilianos villa is super located in the middle of nature, perfect for people who like peace and quiet ! We loved the fact that there was no television because we don't watch TV. On the other hand there was lots to do, hang out at the natural pool and watch the frogs or take trips in the surrounding beautiful towns, villages and landscapes. The location is very comfortable, close to the sea and Livorno, to Pisa and also not too far from places like the historic town of Lucca or the mountains north of Lucca. You need a good car, though to weather the rough accessway to the villa which lies off road . The villa lacks nothing, was perfectly clean and pleasant with tasteful artistic design and comfortable amenities. The air conditionining added to our well being in the hot August days and nights. Massimiliano is such a nice, friendly person & was very responsive and proactive in making us comfortable, came to clean the pool personally a few times during our stay! MILLE GRAZIE!

Tommaso was a wonderful host who met us at the gate and opened the house for us. He gave us great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. The house is very comfortable and the views are magnificent. There is a keepsake photo in every direction. The drive to Florence is an easy 30-45 minutes, as is the drive to Siena. The local village of San Donato in Poggio has a Michelin-rated restaurant, and others nearby are equally good. There is good hiking through local vineyards and olive groves. The driveway is long and bumpy, but not treacherous. I would suggest that the kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave, but that's my only very minor complaint. Our stay (four of us for four nights) was wonderful and I highly recommend it.

The Villa is huge and awesome. Everything was perfect and the host was very kind! We woul recommend it to 100%!:)

Vår vistelse hos Natasha och Niccolo var fantastiskt. Jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma med alltifrån extra handdukar till tips på utflykter och hjälp med bordsbokning. Fin miljö, vacker utsikt och ett lugn att njuta av. Kan starkt rekommenderas för ett besök i Toscana.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très vaste et très agréable. Très bien équipée, très calme, lits très grands et matelas très confortables. Piscine et nombreuses terrasses absolument merveilleuses - vue extraordinaire sur la campagne toscane et San Gimignano au loin. Très joli tennis et jardin très bien entretenu et très agréable. Alessandro super hôte très accueillant et discret.

It was such wonderful place! Very quiet and secluded. Yet easy to reach places. The garden was huge and had a nice pool. The kids has so much fun. We walked every morning in a beautiful setting. Dinesh was so helpful and always reachable. One evening he cooked for us and it was so very delicious! He is a very pleasant, nice and supportive guy. We always felt like we could get any support at any time. The place is like the pictures, even more beautiful. The house has a very nice energy. Would always recommend this place and will definitely come back and use the pool for once 😉

Nous avons très bien été reçu par Elisabetta et sa sœur. La maison est très agréable et le jardin arboré protège de la chaleur. Très belle piscine. La région du Chianti est superbe et la situation de la maison est idéale pour la sillonner. A proximité, le village de Panzano, bien que petit, offre toutes les commodités. un magnifique séjour. Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier mitten in der Toskana. Es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto anzureisen, die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für die wichtigsten Tagesausflüge in der Toskana. Saubere Zimmer und Pool, schnelle Kommunikation, wunderbarer Blick auf die Landschaft.

We had a great stay. The house and garden is bigger in reality than the pictures. It’s a traditional house and interior but very clean. The pool is really big and well maintained. Beautiful and quiet neighboorhood near siena. You do need a car to get around. As a small downside, the bed , pillow and sheets could have been a little more comfortable. Overall we loved our stay there. Thanks patrizia

Una villa da togliere il fiato in un contesto quasi poetico, perfetto per riconnettersi con la natura e ritrovare il piacere della “vita lenta”. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e ci siamo goduti i colori e i suoni i di questo bellissimo luogo immerso nel verde delle colline toscane. Un grazie ai padroni di casa che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole accogliendo con gentilezza ogni nostra richiesta e rispondendo temestivamente ad ogni necessità. Villa Giusterna si è rivelata senz’altro un’ottima scelta, un grazie speciale per averci fatto sentire a casa.

Francesca’s home was beautiful and in a breathtaking, peaceful location. There is a short, beautiful walk with Mountain View’s and olive groves to an incredible pool and pool house. She was incredibly helpful in helping us not only access the home, but also in providing us local recommendations. The meal that Ettore prepared for us was one of the highlights of our trip.

Dieses grosszügige und stilvolle Haus hat eine unvorstellbar schöne Lage. 3 Schlafzimmer oben, eins mit eigenem und zwei mit geteiltem WC/Bad, teils mit Balkon. 1 Zimmer unten mit eigenem WC/Bad und ein weiteres Zimmer mit 2 Betten mit Zugang aus der Küche. Dieses Zimmer haben wir nur als Vorratsraum benutzt - die Küche ist nich besonders gross, insb. die Arbeitsflächen sind sehr klein. Es hat aber alles, was man braucht. Grosse Aufenthaltsräume, mit Möglichkeit den Kamin einzufeuern. Gut funktionierender Gasgrill mit Eisenplatte aussen, zwei gedeckte Sitzplätze, zwei Sonnendecks, eher kleiner Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht, Waschraum und grosser Vorplatz. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich - ich weiss nicht, ob unser Sprinter ohne 4x4 den steilen Feldweg gemeistert hätte. In Magazzini gibt es eine extrem gute Tauchschule (Unica Diving) und ein gutes Restaurant. Einkauf 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten bis Portoferraio. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Sergio kommt sofort!
