We had a fantastic time at this beautiful accommodation. It was perfectly located - it seemed like almost everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 min drive. The house itself is spacious and beautiful with excellent attention to detail. We really appreciated the heated pool and hot tub which meant that even though the weather was quite cool whilst we were in San Antonio, our downtime felt special. The kids also loved the pool table, Xbox and arcade games. The hosts thought of everything! It is a real 5 star experience. Anna is extremely proactive at checking in and very responsive to any enquiries we had leading up to, and during, our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of staying near San Antonio and we will definitely be back should we be in the area again.

This is a beautiful home located in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for 6 days and spent almost every day by the pool as it was just perfect. House was well maintained and very clean. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were all beautiful. Had a couple of minor issues on 1st day, however Host responded immediately and issues were taken care of within a few hours, could not have asked for more. 5 Stars!!

The provided kitchen utensils, seasoning, bath supplies, laundry supplies, etc was a great extra touch! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we found there to be plenty of towels for both the pool and the bathrooms. There was plenty of seating for our party of 10 and the parking was easy out front also. Jessica was a great host who not only responded quickly but also came back to fix the outdoor lights on our first night. If we need somewhere to stay in this area again, we will definitely check this place out first!

Its a great home it had what we were looking for and definitely planning to come back the host David was really responsible and responded really quick back to us when we needed anything. That says alot of from this host i really love when we have host like this very responsive and r aways there to help. It was a very calm and quiet place so we just got to enjoy the home very peacefully. In this home area they have alot of store and restaurants close by so it made everything pretty easy to manage. Really looking forward to come back soon.

Awesome spot! Everything was nice. I will say the king bed room stayed warmer than the rest. Not miserable but warmer. Many steps throughout the house that was awkward but plenty of room and local to all. Would definitely stay there again no doubt! I do question knowing Dennis Rodman lifestyle how he never had broken legs or ankles from steps lol. Solid host solid spot!! Will def stay there again if needing a large spot for large group. Great place great host!! A rating!

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

This house was beautiful, the kids loved the pool. Host was super attentive. Answered any and all of my questions. The house was exactly as described in the photos. I loved that the laundry room had towels both for showers and restroom. Lots of space and beds! Will definitely book us we ever come to San Antonio.

Great place to stay everyone enjoyed

Everything was wonderful! The only thing was that it wasn't enough face towels for my whole family and we weren't allowed to bring our own. Other than that, everything was great!

Our family had an amazing time at your home! The kids absolutely loved all the games and the pool, and we truly felt like we were at home. Everything was so well thought out, and we appreciated all the little touches that made our stay comfortable and fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us—we hope to visit again!

We had a great location for the things we planned. House was exactly as shown and instructions were excellent. Lauren and I only had to communicate a few times, and that was just fine. Hope we kept the home just as we found it, when we arrived. Thanks again.

Responded immediately with all questions. They had damages from previous guests, so they had to some cleaning and repairs. They informed me immediately. Very friendly Be a veteran myself I was pleased with service.

The place was just like the listing said. It was clean and comfortable. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The host was easy to reach and communicated well. I’d stay here again.

The home was cute, clean and cozy.

Just like the pictures. Beautiful home with an abundance of pots, pans, toasters, coffee makers and games to play. Very close to a Walmart and HEB grocery store. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We actually cooked most of the time, because they have everything you need. They even have a life vest for the kiddos. They answered my questions very quickly. The home is only 15 minutes away from Sea World and about 20 minutes from the Alamo. Will stay here again when we come back to San Antonio.

My family and I stayed a few nights at this clean, spacious, and comfortable home in Denver Heights. It was a cute bungalow with a large living area, kitchen and dining area. The backyard was safe and secure for our little pup. The 2 parking spots were helpful as we had 2 vehicles with us. We utilized the kitchen to cook a couple of meals and there were plenty of pots, dishes, and spices/oil to use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for our trip to San Antonio and was close to all of the attractions and restaurants we went to. Andrea and Kevin were responsive and helpful with their communication before and after our stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness.

The house was beautiful with lots of space for a large group. So many sitting areas for great conversation amongst family and friends.

This was a perfect place for us when our family came together from all over for a Kerville wedding. It’s sort of three apartments: the main house with a king, queen and two double beds in three bedrooms and a nice kitchen; an upstairs to the converted garage with two bedrooms, and a downstairs to the garage with two bedrooms. In between was a great patio area with good shade and nice chairs for hanging out. Coffee in the mornings was lovely outside with lots of space.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was fabulous from the beautiful interior to the gorgeous outside. The donkeys and ducks were so cute. The one drawback, however, were the mattresses on the beds. They were a tad uncomfortable. However, everything else was pristine and lovely.

We enjoyed this property very much. It was chosen based on proximity to family who live in the area, to be close and to be able to entertain them during our visit. The property is beautiful and quite private. We were able to host a couple dinners for my mom and brother on their birthdays, and to spend a quiet afternoon in the outdoor seating area. Overall the property met our needs, we would stay there again, and we highly recommend as a comfortable and private getaway to Kerrville.
