We had a wonderful stay at Caleb’s place! Fantastic location, easily accessible and had everything we needed (including for our toddler)! Caleb is extremely responsive, professional & friendly. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this location so we can attend my husband‘s Air Force graduation. It was such a flexible and pristine location. It was roomy, clean, and so accommodating. When my husband was released to us for town pass, he was able to relax and enjoy the amenities as well. The instructions were clear and about 15 minutes away from the base. There’s a market down the street as well as a gas station so that made it easy for us to grab food.

Very cozy and clean home. We had traveled for a military graduation and they had just about everything we needed to remain comfortable. Norris communicated quickly, was very friendly, and offered some great local recommendations for us to check out. Definitely would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

We enjoyed Phill's house very much! The pool, pool table, and house cat Molly were the highlights of our trip. His house offered something for everyone in our family and we would love to book there again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio. Can't recommend enough!

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a comfortable stay. We liked that the house was fenced in and the parking was private. The kitchen was well stocked and bathroom had essentials. This was our first time staying at a pet friendly place (and our dog is hypoallergenic) so this may be the norm, but there was a lot of pet hair throughout the house. Other than that, everything was great. Would recommend to anyone bringing their dogs.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

This place was perfect for what we needed! Four adults, six big kids..there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The “man cave” with the pool table and couch and extra bed was perfect for my aunt who isn’t able to manage stairs. We spent most of our time in the spacious backyard on deck watching the kids play in the pool. The heated pool was the selling point for us! The host, Kim, was also very gracious with check in time and responded quickly. My son left his baseball hat there and she was able to locate it and we were able to pick it up the same day we left. 10/10 recommend!

This is a beautiful home located in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for 6 days and spent almost every day by the pool as it was just perfect. House was well maintained and very clean. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were all beautiful. Had a couple of minor issues on 1st day, however Host responded immediately and issues were taken care of within a few hours, could not have asked for more. 5 Stars!!

Awesome spot! Everything was nice. I will say the king bed room stayed warmer than the rest. Not miserable but warmer. Many steps throughout the house that was awkward but plenty of room and local to all. Would definitely stay there again no doubt! I do question knowing Dennis Rodman lifestyle how he never had broken legs or ankles from steps lol. Solid host solid spot!! Will def stay there again if needing a large spot for large group. Great place great host!! A rating!

We were in SA for a week and loved this home! It is in a great location, super safe, quiet, and convenient. Did I mention, the showers are phenomenal! We also really enjoyed the game room and the seating out back. The whole house was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better more responsive host! This will definitely be our first choice every year in SA!

This house was beautiful, the kids loved the pool. Host was super attentive. Answered any and all of my questions. The house was exactly as described in the photos. I loved that the laundry room had towels both for showers and restroom. Lots of space and beds! Will definitely book us we ever come to San Antonio.

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

The place is just as described, and just like the pictures look. At first I wasn't so sure about the neighborhood, as there are some houses with boarded up windows, however I felt no ounce of danger, including when I walked across the street to the lake. There is a beautiful park/lake path that many joggers/walkers were on. Perfect spot to take your dog, or stroll around with the kid. I think the boarded up houses are undergoing renovations. The rustic doors/knobs are a nice touch. Pros: Great communication. Easy check-in. Clean. Extra towels. AC works. There is a park just across the street. If you forgot to pack something, chances are it's in the kitchen or bathroom. Cons: Only found one USB outlet to plug in your electronics, so bring your own to plug into the wall. Have to walk up a flight of stairs.

A wonderful place in the heart of Alamo Heights. Very quiet and well-appointed.

Couldn’t say enough great things about Danny and this house! Danny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect location close to restaurants and an heb. It comfortably fit 6 people and 2 dogs. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to the area!

Vicky and Micky work hard to keep guests happy. I arrived right after Texas had record breaking cold temperatures, it hadn't been that cold since the 1800s. Naturally, this created some issues that were completely out of their control but Vicky and Micky worked hard to ensure all guests were taken care of. I wasn't able to get the cabin I reserved at first but they were able to move me into it a couple of days later. They worked hard to make up for the change in venue. Each of the cabins are a little different and have different stand out features. I was going to be working during my stay and the Lone Star cabin looked like a good fit. Its comfortable, peaceful, has good wi-fi and looks great. It is also set up well for a larger group. I loved the goats, pigs and donkeys freely roaming around. They are very dog friendly which was a major deciding factor for me. There are tons of add ons to cater to all kinds of experiences.

This home exceeded our expectations as it provided a home away from home while visiting our small grandchildren and having them sleep over. We had a spacious open floor plan that provided plenty of room to push small hot wheel cars with our grandson and play baby dolls with our granddaughter. The kids love the large bathtub for their bubble bath as well! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals. The beds were so comfy and the hosts included everything to provide a relaxing stay. Located right off the loop, we were able to go to the zoo, sea world, and morgan’s amusement park, LA Fitness and our daughter’s home was 15 minutes away. We will be back for sure:)

We enjoyed this property very much. It was chosen based on proximity to family who live in the area, to be close and to be able to entertain them during our visit. The property is beautiful and quite private. We were able to host a couple dinners for my mom and brother on their birthdays, and to spend a quiet afternoon in the outdoor seating area. Overall the property met our needs, we would stay there again, and we highly recommend as a comfortable and private getaway to Kerrville.
