Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Loved the stay! Exactly as described and very clean! Walking distance from so many places! Walked to the riverwalk, Alamo, coffee shops in the area etc. easy to follow and clear instructions on how to access gate and building

We loved the porch! We sat there the whole time unless we were gone or sleeping. It's in a great location, very close to the Pearl and Chinese Tea Garden. Precious old house charm! My daughters and I loved it!

The home was small and cozy, it stood out in cleanliness and you can tell the owner put a lot of time into making it as nice as it is. I personally as a guest should have taken more time to tidy up the little details before i checked out, considering she cleans the home herself. Knowing that, her cleanup fee is quite reasonable. If you’re staying in this particular area of the city i recommend this home for a couple. All thanks to the Texan for her hospitality!

Absolutely perfect! This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and ideally suited my needs. Highly recommend both the communicative host and this property for anyone staying in the area. There were a variety of walkable and drivable food options in the area. This will be my first option when I return.

Austin’s place was a great stay. As a host, Austin was super proactive and responsive. Overall, the neighborhood was great, quiet but close to everything I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Austin’s place for a weekend getaway in San Antonio.

Ron was an excellent host- responsive and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a great location, conveniently close to the airport, Fort Sam Houston, and downtown San Antonio. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend the spot.

We love staying with Sonia! This was our third time staying at one of her properties, and they're always clean and comfortable. Here's what we love about this particular home: Location: Quiet neighborhood. Near a community park featuring: a Saturday farmers' market, daily coffee truck (mornings)/ pizza truck (evenings). Outdoor Amenities: Private backyard with fence, covered sitting area, gas grill for cooking out. Parking: plenty of on-street parking, reserved covered spot in the alley. Climate Control: central AC, window AC units and fans in bedrooms, ceiling fans in living room and patio area. It’s easy to stay comfortable even in San Antonio’s extreme heat Kitchen: fully equipped with cookware & and appliances. Coffee, sugar, spices, and some condiments provided. Laundry: stocked with detergent and dryer sheets (which made it super convenient for returning home with clean clothes. Overall, Sonia's attention to detail makes for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This house did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Upgrades have been made in many of the places I would hope from a renovation. Sure, there’s always little things, but they don’t affect your stay at all! Not far from the highway. Really close to a Walmart market. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Great place to setup basecamp before heading out on San Antonio adventure.

Great place to stay as a family. Perfect location for attending the Spurs game. Not walkable to restaurants or attractions but we knew that when we reserved the place and it didn’t affect our stay. The house was spacious, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

We booked this place last minute for a spontaneous weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown, so we didn’t have to worry about driving back home. The listing was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, and just what we needed for a quick and stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

Rosa was an excellent host! Description and instructions were spot on. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and private and fairly new. I especially appreciated the ability to park my car in the garage and the neighborhood is gated.

This air bnb is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet. It was quick and easy to get inside, smelled super clean and fresh as soon as we walked in. This stay was great for our family and it was spacious and felt like home away from home. It was in a great area surrounded by gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shops etc.

My stay was excellent! Katelyn and David were very responsive and kind towards any questions I had making this experience better! We had no issues whatsoever and could easily walk to the condo with our extra car parked in the front of the community. Overall, our stay was a great place to relax with family.

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

We loved our stay here! It's located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. We felt very safe. There were families out walking in the evenings, so it had a great community feel. We walked to the the Riverwalk and to local restaurants from the condo. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Traci is very kind and I am grateful for her assistance and responsiveness. My flight was delayed so I informed Traci in advance that I may be in late and she was helpful of making sure I had no issues entering when I did finally arrive. I came in and felt right at home. The temperature was perfect and the home was the perfect size and clean. The location of the home to all the destinations I had planned were all less than a twenty minute drive, including Lackland AFB. There was a thunderstorm during the day after my first night and lightning probably tripped the breaker so I didn't have lights in one of the rooms and one bathroom when returned from Day 1 of my son's BMT graduation; I was able to call Traci on the phone and have the lights back on within half an hour. Checkout was a breeze and would definitely stay again if I need to come back to San Antonio. Thank you!

Our stay at Val's was a nice stay. Bed was very comfortable but unfortunately I can't say the same for the sofa pull out. There was an extra foam mattress topper in the closet that we used but it didn't help. We did purchase an air mattress for comfort instead. The apartment itself was clean and had all amenities listed. TV in living room and bedroom. Good wifi. We had an issue with the dryer but Val was very responsive and replaced it the following day. Val was communicative and very accommodating through out our stay. Great host! We would stay here again.
