It was a pleasure to spend 10 days at Giannis’ Home, which is ideally located for discovering Athens. The view is amazing—truly one of the best in the city—and the place feels like a countryside retreat within Athens. After a full day exploring the bustling city, it’s a real joy to return home to such a serene and peaceful setting.

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Το κατάλυμα ηταν φανταστικο. Ο χωρος πολυ καθαρος , διαμόρφωση μεσα στο σπιτι εξαιρετικο , πολυ ωραια δομημένο , το περιβαλλον ησυχο και με την αυλη εξω απο το διαμερισμα πολυ ωραιο για τα βραδυα να καθισεις ετσι και εκει εξω. Οι οικοδεσποτες πολυ ευγενικοι. Ολα εξαιρετικα το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Ήταν όλα άψογα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

To było jedno z najpiękniejszych mieszkań jakie widziałam! Bliskość stacji metra zarówno lini zielonej jak i czerwonej bardzo ułatwiało komunikację po mieście. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Serdecznie polecam każdemu to miejsce na pobyt!

The apartment is very charming, with a unique bedroom and kitchen area. The rooftop area is relaxing and has a great view! Smaragda was very kind and met us at the unit to show us around upon arrival. If you want Athens without the craziness of the city center and walkability to the beach, this place is it!

Great apartment and location. Communication wa made very easy and everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the lovely little touches (shower gels and drinks and basics left for use) were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

The location is perfect near restaurants and shopping area, plenty parking available and quiet place. Will definitely choose again Alexandro’s house.

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

Staying at Maria’s place was wonderful. Private, warm and efficient to the tee. Loved the extras like the pot lighting, the study desk , the warm candlelight. Enjoyed every minute! Thanks Maria.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, cozy apartment, decorated with good taste. The 3 terraces have each their own vibe. The views are amazing. The neighbourhood is just stunning. Location wise close to the Acropolis and Plaka. Highly recommended!
