Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei David. Er war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und ruhig. Der Pool ist absperrbar, das war für uns absolut genial mit den zwei kleinen Kindern. So konnten die beiden überall rum rennen und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen. Der kleine Spielplatz war auch ein Highlight neben dem wunderschönen Pool. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, Sandra, Alex die beiden Omas, die Zwillinge und die Hunde :D

Hands down, this is one of our most favorite Airbnb experience! Vinko is an amazing host, very attentive, funny and respectful. We went for a climbing trip in Istria and south Slovenia by car and the location was just right for that. (The climbing is super nice also in October and there are really nice hikes in the area as well!). The place was very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The sauna was the cherry on the top in addition to a bonfire Vinko prepared for us and beautiful landscapes. We can fully recommend to stay with Vinko!

This villa was pure perfection! Also Lorena , the property manager is fabulous to work with. The home is brand- new, beautiful, well-appointed and has anything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The en-suite bathrooms are all large, clean and luxurious. The view is amazing (be sure to eat one dinner outside on the patio overlooking the Adriatic Sea, hills and vineyards!). You are close to SO many amazing little towns and only a short drive from the popular towns like Porec, Rovinj and the national park on Brijuni islands, so this is a fantastic home-base for exploring. There are several restaurants that are amazing around you, including one at the top of the hill before you turn on the road leading to the home. Definitely splurge for Lorena’s homemade Istrian meal one night! It is worth EVERY Euro. This house is made for an amazing vacation. We already want to return.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa ! La maison est tout simplement excellente : très propre, extrêmement agréable, et offrant des conditions de logement exceptionnelles. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine privée est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. De plus, la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prête à répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Beautiful accommodation in the peaceful and artistically beautiful city of Grožnjan. The home has many thoughtful touches and is situated in a beautiful garden and olive grove just down a lighted path outside Grožnjan a short walk from the City and parking. Peaceful and quiet with all one needs.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Thank you very much for the lovely stay. :)

Zenia was a great host! She met us at the property and answered all of our questions promptly. She even helped us get restaurant reservations. The property was excellent. It matched the description, and was very clean. The pool and terrace areas really make this a special place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Hammer! Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Dadi und Natasha haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und sogar ermöglicht, dass wir etwas früher einchecken konnten. Zur Begrüßung gabs sogar eine kulinarische Überraschung! Für die Kinder standen Hochstühle, Betten und Geschirr zu Verfügung! Das Haus ist was Ausstattung und Architektur angeht ein Traum bei dem mit Liebe zum Detail auf alles geachtet worden ist. Wie machen bereits seit mehreren Jahren mit dieser Gruppe Urlaub und waren noch nie in einem Haus zweimal... das werden wir zukünftig allerdings überdenken! Zum Abschied gabs noch einen leckeren Wein und eine Aufmerksamkeit für unsere Kinder! Auf einer Skala von 1-10 vergebe ich eine 9! Lediglich der kompakte Aussenbereich könnte als Nachteil gewertet werden. Für Familien die Kinder im Auge behalten müssen war es allerdings ein Vorteil! Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal!

Villa molto bella e funzionale, con tutti i servizi, molto comodo il check in con la chiave. La villa si trova in collina, in un complesso di ville di proprietà dell'agenzia, posto molto tranquillo. Molto consigliato per una vacanza rilassante

Matejci's house is really large and very welcoming: 4 mini apartments; a large complex with two bedrooms (one with 5 beds) with two bathrooms and kitchenette and a heated annex with large kitchen and table where 17 of us ate, all seated! There is also a beautiful garden and space for 5 cars, all reserved and closed by an automatically opening gate. The host is really very kind and welcoming; she speaks perfect English and Italian and has always been very supportive. Really highly recommended place also for its proximity to Trieste, Ljubljana and the Postunia caves. If I had to make a suggestion I would install a dishwasher because it could be very useful for large groups of guests. We didn't check if there was also a washing machine available because we didn't need it but there were drying racks available. In any case, We really had a great time!

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

Amazing place and host - very happy. Would always return.

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung. Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit acht Personen vor Ort und empfanden es als einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat mit seinen 3 Bädern, sehr großem Wohn/Essbereich und den toll eingerichten Zimmern hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Außenbereich mit Garten, Brunnen und dem tollen Pool ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir überlegen nochmals in diese tolle Unterkunft zu kommen 🤗

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated villa, well equipped and super functional kitchen. Idyllic quiet location with a gorgeous garden, outside dining area and pool. Hosts Andrea and brother Luka are super welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!
