L’alloggio era perfetto, accoglienza super, le ragazze sono molto cordiali e disponibili, ci hanno permesso anche di entrare prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in. La posizione dell’ alloggio è molto comoda in quanto è attaccato alla stazione, mentre per le attrazioni si deve camminare un quarto d’ora, ma molto fattibile perché Firenze si gira completamente a piedi. Voglio precisare che la pulizia dell’alloggio era perfetta perchè non è facile da trovare nei B&B. Ve lo consiglio vivamente !

Ich war 9 Tage bei Alberto zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Es war kaltes Wetter, die Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft liegt für viele Unternehmungen in der nördlichen Toskana ideal. Am Meer ist man mit dem Auto in Max. 15 min.

Wer sich für den Aufenthalt bei Elena entschieden hat, wird es keineswegs bereuen. Elena ist super zuvorkommend und total sympathisch. Sie kann zudem auch etwas deutsch, was die Kommunikation nochmals vereinfacht hat. Tolle Tipps und die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft. Wer Unterstützung benötigt, bekommt sie umgehend, in welcher Form auch immer, Restaurant, Ausflüge, Strand etc. danke nochmals für die wunderschönen Tage, die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

probably the best teams/host that I communicate with during my stays. always friendly and responsive. definitely wouldn't have any doubt to choose again any of their properties with this stay as basis. Auguro successo per voi.

Vielen Dank an Rossella und Roberto für eine wunderbare Woche! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen tollen Balkon und eine große eingezäunte Terasse. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich. Alles ist sehr sauber. Rossella hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles war perfekt :-) Wir würden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Super logement avec une vue magnifique, au calme dans les hauteurs. La piscine est très agréable la journée et le bar / restaurant propose un bon rapport qualité / prix avec une amabilité des hôtes très appréciable ! Je recommande

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Alessandro’s cottage in Tuscany was truly exceptional. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, we can confidently say this one is a standout. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro made us feel incredibly welcome—greeting us with cocktails and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. His hospitality didn’t stop there; he was always available for any questions and even sent us off with farewell cappuccinos. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of old Italian charm and modern comfort. Cozy, well-appointed, and stocked with guidebooks and personal suggestions, it felt like a home away from home. And the view—just breathtaking! We could have stayed so much longer just soaking in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommend this gem of a stay, and we would love to return

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Elisa was always in communication with me, we wanted to be away from the city but still a 25 min drive to it. You have everything you need to cook a meal and a terrace when the weather is nice. 👍🏻

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host left helpful recommendations and was always available if needed. Despite cultural differences, they made us feel at home. Highly recommend for a unique experience!

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

We loved staying at Peitro’s place! Fantastic location about 25 min walk from the airport, and about 20 min from all the monuments. The space was wonderfully clean and spacious, looks just like the photos. Water gets nice and hot, Netflix on the tv, comfy bed; what more could you ask for! Pietro gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place!

Smještj na odličnoj lokaciji, ispred ulaza je autobusna stanica, sve je vrlo blizu i pješice je 10tak min od tornja. Domaćin vrlo susretljiv, mogli smo ranije ući u objekt, brzo odgovara. Preporučamo!

Had such a lovely stay at Lucia’s place, whilst I settled into Florence. Was perfect location, not too far from centre, but very peaceful. Lucia was more than helpful, a lovely host who communicated with me as much as she could to make my stay more comfortable. Would highly recommend this flat and host :)

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Barbara, le logement est encore mieux que sur le site , une très belle surprise, idéalement placé au calme et proche de Florence . Nous réserverons à nouveau chez Barbara si nous devions revenir à Florence.

Excellent location! One train station away from Florence, and trains to Pisa, Siena, and La Spezia (for Cinque Terre). Many bars and stores close by. However, the most important of all, at least for us, was finding a gluten free store that sells everything.
