Stunning views, sunrise and sunset! Elvis was responsive and the apartment lovely. The beach is great for walking and watching local surfers. We drove the 7min to Luquillo Beach for a great calm beach!

We had an amazing week at Coastal Xarenity! The property is gated, making us feel very safe, and it's in a central location—just 15-20 minutes from many beautiful beaches. The pool was wonderful, and since no one else was using it, it felt like our own private retreat. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished, and had a well-equipped kitchen, along with thoughtful extras like beach essentials. The hosts were very responsive and even checked in to make sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

great bang for the buck

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was, nice, decent size, clean, and had everything we need (cooking utensils, towels, beach chairs, wifi, laundry washer and dryer, parking). The location was great, not a far drive to hiking, kayaking, utv riding, beach, all kinds of outdoor adventures. It is close to a grocery store as well. The host, Yamal, is great. Any questions I asked him (through the Airbnb app) were answered clearly and immediately. I would recommend this place to any family visiting Puerto Rico. Any downside? The shower water takes a long time to get warm and never gets actually hot, but honestly it’s fine. Nothing to worry about.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my family, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the home. Traveling with a toddler, a teenager, and two other adults could have been challenging, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us all with enough room without feeling cramped. As I had to juggle some work commitments, reliable internet was essential. I was pleased to find that the internet connection was excellent, allowing me to take Zoom meetings without any issues. The location couldn't have been better—right in front of the beach and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Not only was it convenient, but I also felt safe at all times, thanks to the helpful security guards at the front. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and accommodating stay!

This spot felt so boujee and upscale without a boujee price tag! We loved the wide openness of the space and the ultra cozy beds and blankets. There were a bunch of extra beach items available like a beach blanket, sand toys, pool noodles, and more. We definitely appreciated the beach blanket! The kitchen had quite a few staples available like coffee, sugar, hot sauce, etc. The air conditioning was cold and the outdoor space was lovely. This was such a delightful spot for my daughter and I to enjoy together.

We had a fabulous time in Puerto Rico. Our first time visiting. We went for a wedding on July 6, 2024. And, this location was perfect for us! Overall this place was all 5 star ratings, this place was very clean and up to date. The Host was phenomenal, she didn't get back to us right away when I needed answers but she made sure she gets back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place for stay if you're in the area. You may pull-up and think you are in the wrong place by looking at the surrounding but you're not. This Airbnb has a electric gate that open and close...I felt safe at night and it was quiet. I will stay here again.

Beautiful home and area, also Carmen and her husband are very welcoming and respectful. Be sure to rent a a ride or have a personal taxi during your stay. Carmen and her husband were very helpful during our trip by giving dropping us off to a few destinations. I would definitely stay again with a car rental.

Beautiful location! Has waterview and you can see the sun rise beautifully from the apartment floor. Pristine, private, and comfortable. Host was friendly, instructions were clear, and check in was a breeze. Lots of amenities. This was really a great deal.

Esta propiedad es increíble. Lo Recomiendo 💯 desde todos los puntos de vista. Empecemos por la anfitriona Rosa. Ella fue muy amable en contestar todas mis inquietudes prontamente, fue muy servicial al recomendarnos hermosos lugares y buenisimos restaurantes a tan solo 5 min. Gracias nuevamente Rosa. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y muy cómoda. Tiene un patio gigante de recreación con piscina, lo que ves en las fotos es lo que recibes… ya quiero volver con toda mi familia, por qué la propiedad tiene 4 mini apartamentos individuales equipados es como si te quedarás en un mini hotel ..afortunadamente para nuestra estadía nadie más reservó. Eso quiere decir que tuvimos privacidad.

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

We were greeted upon arrival by the co-host Matthew who answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. Our unit had a lovely balcony and the views from that and the rooftop terrace are lovely.

The condo is in an excellent location. It is in a building that is peaceful with its own beach. That is not heavily trafficked with young people just quiet families. However, it is only a 10 minute walk south to the center of town and the more popular beach down there so there’s lots to do lots of music and lots of great food. Also, the kiosks are about a mile or so north, which is also walkable. And it’s possible to walk there along the beach if you’d like a 2 mile walk. perfect place to get away from the excitement but close enough to enjoy it when you want it! Oh, and the shower has amazing water pressure.
