Great location in Luquillo, convenient parking, lots of space and privacy. Direct access to the beach, 5 min drive to Kioskos and other restaurants in Luquillo. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Katiana’s for over a month while working remote. The apartment was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay! Super close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room. The outdoor space was great and there was lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). thanks for a great stay!

Gabriel’s place was great! The view was beautiful and there was tons to do close by. The place was super clean. There were security guards at the lobby of the building that were all very nice and welcoming. Gabriel also had tons of recommendations of places to eat and things to do. All in all, we had a great stay!

Perfect Location, Great Value! We picked the city of Luquillo based on its proximity to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rainforest, and Culebra. We made a great choice! Words or pictures don't do this place justice. You have to experience it... Walk the beach in front during the sunrise. Splash in the waves if the conditions allow. Walk to Coffee Therapy and Simple Food for breakfast. Jet Ski or lounge in the sun at Luquillo Beach(5 mins drive). Eat lunch and have a drink at the shops on the beach at Playa Fortuna (6 min drive). Snorkel Culebra and swim with the sea turtles (30 min drive+ 1hr ferry) If you haven't been to Puerto Rico before, keep in mind there are some issues with infrastructure. The power went out a few times but comes back on right away. Some of the roads are poorly marked and have big potholes. Some travelers may be caught off guard by stray dogs, cats, chckens and surfers 🤣 but for me it added to the charm. 10/10 will return...SOON!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Good location for 2 of us to go to the rain forest and beach. House was clean and had everything we needed. Secure location. Good communications with host.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

Such a great apartment! We stayed with our two kids (6 and 8) for a week and it was perfect — easy access to a gorgeous beach, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids as well. Luquillo is a great place to be. Quiet, safe, but also lively at night and lots of delicious food options. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. Also very accessible to some great excursions - we did a tour in El Yunque rainforest, with a natural water slide and rope swing over a beautiful pool; went on an evening kayak tour of the bioluminescent bay; and went on a snorkeling tour to a nearby island. Everything was within a 20 minute drive. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!

Mark was friendly, accommodating and responsive. The apartment was as described and located on a very quiet semi private beach adjacent to a nature preserve whose empty beach went on farther than the eye could see. It was warned not to swim at this beach although there were people doing it. there are quite a few stairs to get down to the beach. It is walking distance, or a quick drive, to beaches where swimming is considered safe. The view from the balcony is magnificent and the steady sea breeze coming through the sliding glass doors is great. The area seems safe enough. There are many restaurants in walking distance and even more a short drive away. Cons: The place is in need of a deep cleaning. For example, there was a layer of crud on top of the fridge and the oven needed cleaning. Also, Mark put together a lengthy great user's manual with a lot of information but it isn't well organized, many repetitions and info scattered in different places, also some dated information.

I loved staying here it was a beautiful stay with an amazing view. The fact that the beach was right downstairs had to of been my favorite part! Can’t wait to return one day!

A Slice of Paradise – The Perfect Beachfront Getaway! I cannot say enough great things about this breathtaking Airbnb in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, the calming sound of the waves, and the fresh sea breeze that filled the air. Waking up every morning to the sight of the sun rising over the water was truly magical. The property itself was immaculate—beautifully decorated, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making this place feel like a home away from home. The outdoor space was a dream, with a spacious balcony perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a sunset cocktail in the evening. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach! Whether we wanted to take a leisurely stroll, lounge in the sun, or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible. Plus, the nearby restaurants and shops gave us a great taste of Pue

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Xiomara was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars and access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Xiomara and their property highly enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Along with the spectacular view which will be remembered for the rest of your days, this place at Sandy Hills, Luquillo out does all that I’ve been in so far, Everything squeaky, clean and very well decorated with a/c throughout but turn off the a/c, open the clear doors to the balcony and enjoy the cool breeze, listen to the crashing waves and take in that beautiful view. The location is close to events and great restaurants, Uber to and from the airport is all you’ll need. Vista Bonita is by far one of my best vacations ever. Very reasonably priced as well, so grab it while you can.

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at Elise's condo. From the moment we opened the door, we were welcomed by breathtaking ocean views from the balcony and thoughtful touches that made our vacation special. If you're looking for a place where the host is unresponsive or unfriendly, this is not it. Elise went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, especially for our daughter's birthday, complete with a cake and kites for the kids. We will definitely return and cherish the happy, peaceful memories until then.

great bang for the buck

This place was fantastic, the beach is right around the corner, many restaurants in the area, and overall a super nice house. It was very clean and cozy. We loved our stay!
