We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Xiomara was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars and access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Xiomara and their property highly enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

Wonderful location close to grocery stores, El Yunque Rainforest and our favorite beach, Seven Seas. The condo was well maintained, safe, clean, had great views and lovely modern decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay and we loved having a washer and dryer for our family of 4! Essential when going to the beach and hiking daily. Beach towels were provided as well as chairs and a cooler which was really helpful. Maureen and Alex were excellent hosts. They provided easy and clear instructions, quickly responded when asked questions and provided great suggestions for local activities. We loved our time here and hope to return in the future! Thanks again for a wonderful space that was beyond our expectations for a comfortable and memorable vacation.

This place was fantastic. Gorgeous beach views, and within walking distance to various coffee shops, dining, more beach, and shopping. Once you get the hang on the roads and the building, it’s pretty seamless and a really great spot. The condo was clean, matched the photos and was beautiful. It contained thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, a little cooler and all needing cookware. Being able to do a load of laundry is awesome. Highly recommend!

Amazing views…clear instructions, clean condo, tons to do in the area both walkable and short drives. The host was communicative, assuring that all was well. I had no issues. I enjoyed a beautiful view, peace, and quiet with many options for entertainment outdoors. The lake there connecting with ocean was cool to see. Tons of walking on the beach opportunities. My favorite part was the balcony…the view…the breeze…and a cozy clean space.

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

This place is a great find in the area. The view is the show stopper here and everything else took a back seat to that. It is an older building and the parking situation requires some patience and getting used to as you park in the lower level of a structure in an assigned spot then have to walk up some stairs to get to the lobby of the building for the elevator. You can drive your car up to the door of the lobby to drop stuff off, load up, or if you are just running in and out for brief amounts of time. The apartment is old- but the bed is comfortable and there is an AC unit to keep you cool in the bedroom. AC also reaches the rest of the unit if you keep the door open. This was definitely a good set up for 2 people- I don’t see how we would have comfortably had any more than that. Eric was responsive and offered to help with anything we couldn’t figure out on our own (remotes for all fans/lights/AC, water temp in shower, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent place to stay. Victoria is a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place is beautiful, very clean the beds were comfortable. We loved the fact that we could get a good nights rest when arriving at the unit, the community is very welcoming and friendly. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are all relatively close. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location! Property looked exactly like the pictures. Vivian was very responsive. We really enjoyed our time. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Katiana’s and it was such a treat! All we needed for a comfortable stay and so close to the beach. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Luquillo

Gabriel was very nice and provided things to do before arriving. He was very detailed and instructions were clear. Place was clean and had a really nice view of the beach. The only thing i would recommend is getting a rental. It was hard to get ubers even to go 5 minutes up the block.

This place was perfect! The home was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Omar was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Each bedroom was clean and the AC felt great after hot days in the sun. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. The location on the beach was unbeatable! I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Luquillo.

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay! You can see that everything around the place was thought of. The kitchen had a lot of appliances, tools, spices. There was some sunscreen and a bug spray by the door. The beds were spacious and comfy, we appreciated the clean towels and bright rooms. Our only issue was with the bathroom - the toilet downstairs did not flush sometimes and the bath seemed to be a little clogged, but we only stayed for 2 days, so I did not raise the concerns to Diane about it. The place had beach towels and some beach equipment as well. The location was great and we enjoyed how walkable it was! So many restaurants and shops around, the beach is right there. I would recommend to anyone!

Lily was a great host. The apartment was clean with a lovely, unobstructed sunrise view over the ocean from the 15th floor. It’s a quick walk from downtown Loquillo. The security staff on-site were super friendly and helpful, too! The building itself is in need of extensive repairs. Only one of the two elevators worked and it was dodgy. The balcony railing is rusted through at key structural points. A new elevator was being installed in the shaft that was not in service. Hopefully the railing will be addressed soon, as well.

Absolutely amazing view . Very comfortable couch loved it . Comfy bed overall the inside of this place is amazing. The elevator did go out for maintenance or something so we had to walk down 17 flights. Thank god it was going up lol. Definitely will be back!!!

We just returned from our trip to PR, staying at Tania’s condo. Tania is extremely responsive and would answer us in minutes. In addition, the space was large, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Two more would’ve been perfect as well. Everything you would’ve needed was provided, from beach chairs, beach towels, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. the room was clean upon arrival and was our home for the week. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. We washed clothes everyday and barely had laundry to do when getting home! Overall, Tania’s condo was great, awesome location and quick responses. Thank you for having us, Tania!

the condo was awesome beautiful scenery. if we had a problem our host was quick to get back to us and very helpful we had a wonderful time. Definitely would like to rent this space again.

We had a wonderful stay at Yohany’s place. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials. Waking up in Paradise to such a marvelous view, such peaceful, safe surroundings and such a beautiful and well kept condo was the highlight of our vacation. We cannot wait to come back and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Yohanys for being a wonderful and accommodating host.

Danielle’s place was beautiful!!! The beach access was nice and easy to get to. We were happy to have the beach chairs and extra sun screen she provided. The view from the balcony was better than the pictures. One of the bedrooms had an issue with the air conditioner and Danielle replaced it right away. I would stay at Danielle’s place again.

Great view from the balcony! Many good restaurants nearby and a beautiful uncrowded beach. Well supplied with many extras.

We had a wonderful stay the Penthouse apartment. Very comfortable beds and good amenities throughout the flat. The views and sound of the sea were so relaxing. Elvis and his team were helpful and very responsive to all our enquires. The complex has seen better days but the flat is great.
