Instructions and descriptions were clear. Home ie a cute older bungalow type home close to everything. In a semi-industrial area but safe and once again close to the convention center, ECU, major roads, resturants and shopping.

Great place to stay with all the amenities I would ever need! Would definitely stay there again!

The unit was very clean, not a lot of clutter. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. The unit is just a short drive to winterville.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and fast communication with the host about any questions. Had laundry in the building which was a big perk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mark and Paul’s property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I was a little nervous because this would be my first time staying at an apartment/condo style Airbnb and didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Mark and Paul provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

I would gladly stay in a property hosted by Michael again. It was spotless from a cleaning perspective, and exactly as described.

Des is the ultimate host. The house is well stocked with plenty of room to relax. TVs in all the bedrooms as well as mini fridges. Very comfortable and Des is a great communicator. Thank you again for a great time. Our golfers love it.

Wonderful stay! Loved this place. So spacious, new, clean and up to date furniture and appliances. I loved the primary bathroom with two sinks, great natural lighting and attention to detail with the noise machines in the bedrooms. The kitchen was very large and everything was very clean. I didn’t cook there but it was a great place to cook if you need to. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to the grocery store and university. Would stay here again!

Shynar is the absolute best host! The home is awesome. Everything you would need. We prefer to eat in and had everything at the home to prepare meals. Even had a new grill for cooking. Gas appliances were an upgrade to what we have at our home. Beds very comfy and a nice covered back porch to hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be staying there in the future. Thank you Shynar for a great Weekend.

Leslie’s place was great for what my son and I needed it for. Her place felt “homey” which was nice because my son seemed comfortable hanging out and playing, just as he does at home. Overall, I would stay here again the next time I plan to visit the area.

2nd time our family has stayed here and we love it! Feels like home away from home and it is always so clean. We also were able to cook a meal for our daughter in college and had everything we needed. Would recommend 100%.

Randy's home is a spacious beautiful older home that is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, & ECU. Randy was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Our family would definitely stay here again!!

My family and dogs had such an amazing stay this weekend. This was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in - I was amazed. Mark and Paul were very responsive and made it easy to check-in and check-out. It was in a great location - near a lot of Greenville and close to ECU (for those that go to any sporting events or visiting kids). We truly felt worry free all weekend. I will be staying here again!! Highly recommend.

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Always great to stay at Mary’s place. Great location, beautiful home, and always responds quickly. I definitely recommend.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

This exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It was very clean & beautifully decorated. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, as were the living room furnishings. The kitchen not only provided the necessary cookware & table settings but also several thoughtful items (spices, coffee filters, etc). Mary's place exudes luxury in every detail. We loved it & will certainly stay there again.

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The condo was nicely laid out and decorated! The bathrooms were roomy and immaculate as was the kitchen. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen utensils/pots/pans were great. We were in town for work over the Christmas week so we wanted to have a cozy Christmas dinner. We cooked our Christmas dinner there and had all the basics we needed - even a slow cooker! Everything was just as it appeared in the photos. The elevator to the third floor was much appreciated. *One very small suggestion- While there was nothing at all wrong at all with our stay- a television in the rooms would have been nice. The host was great and very responsive!!! Jo
