Beautiful place. Very clean, easy access, great instructions for checking, and host is very responsive ! Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always very clean and comfortable. We had a few issues in the beginning but Peidi is quick to respond and take care of them. Beautiful place. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Joshua’s home! We were about a 10 minute walk from work so it was very convenient, and we had everything we needed.

This was one of the most thoughtful spaces I've stayed in, with amenities needs anticipated, even a workout space provided. Such a kind and mindful host!

Blake was a good host with easy instructions and an accurate description of the property. We loved the walkability to downtown Durham and cental park area as well as the Saturday farmers market. Having a kitchen laundry, and 1.5 baths was great. The outside deck looked like a nice place to sit but we were on the go and didn't have time for it. Driveway parking was appreciated as there is a business with live music across the street so the street parking on weekend nights is crowded. This older home is updated nicely, the bathrooms are amazing, and there are many easy-to -get-to outlets that many older homes dont have. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

I stayed in one of Brian's rental units, and I was very pleased with everything. This was a perfect work trip unit, but I would also stay here with my wife as well. The unit was exceptionally clean, borderline sterile, which is a praise to him and the cleaners. Although good restaurants are walkable, the kitchen is well-fitted for cooking and meal prep, which I prefer. I'm not sure if he mentions this in his description, but the home is close to a nice public park. Overall, this is a great value for the space and location. I've already rebooked two separate return trips. I had one minor issue but Brian was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and able to resolve it in a few minutes with a couple of texts.

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family visiting Cary NC! Spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching wildlife and enjoying the waterview!

Our second stay with Ms. Lisa. Enjoyed every second of it. The place is super clean with everything we need for the duration of our week long stay. Ms. Lisa responded very fast when we reached out. She provided us with some great local information which made our trip extra special to the kids. We will definitely come back.

Had to work downtown Raleigh for 3 weeks. Just perfect for what I needed.

Very cute, comfortable house had everything we needed—parking and coffee/condiments were much appreciated! Very close to lovely trail along stream that dropped us off (after maybe 2 or 2-1/2 miles) a few blocks from Franklin St. It was so nice, we walked it every day although just walking straight up Franklin would have been shorter

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, comfy, and in a fabulous location walkable to restaurants and shops. Paulo and George are very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay easy. Would definitely not hesitate to book again.

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.
