Warren was an absolute gem! Super amazing host. Responded to fast, always happy to help! The property is great!! The coffee shop with complimentary coffee was just awesome!! Nathan who works at the coffee shop is a super nice guy! Had great conversation with him when grabbing morning coffee! (He makes an amazing oatmilk maple syrup latte)!!!! Overall, the place clean, cozy, rustic! Love the country, cottage, cozy vibes!!◡̈

The location was GREAT! Right downtown, walking distance from most bars and stores! The space was what was shown, small but quaint and cozy. Great price! The only negative part of booking is the excessive communication with multiple emails and texts with a lot of instructions telling you to give phone numbers, emails, pictures of driver licenses and selfies! I think it was worth it for the price, but just know it’s a lot of communication and instructions and rules. The host is very kind though and wants to do all she can to make your stay a good one.

We loved staying at Chad's place!!! it was neat, clean, and we loved the decor.. it was close to everything we wanted to do. Chad even had some basic necessities in the fridge for us!! The kids really enjoyed the open layout of everything.

We truly loved this cozy space and neighborhood! Will definitely stay here again!

Sara’s listing was very lovely and had a very homey feel with lots of traditional furniture and tons of natural light. Each bedroom has its own vibe. There’s a narrow staircase that leads up to the living space which might be troublesome for some older folk but other than that I love everything else. We didn’t need to use the stove or any appliances but there’s was basically everyone you would need, plus there were some chickens running around the backyard which was fun. Would stay here again. Not too far from downtown.

Ann Margaret was a wonderful host, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working for me. She and Judy left many special touches around the space (delicious breakfast treats, glass bottles of filtered water, a heavy duty ice scraper for my car) to make it feel like a very personal experience despite the ample privacy. I loved the space which was homey in an elevated way. It was a great retreat for a busy visit to Ann Arbor.

We had a great time and it was so easy to get to the arena and back. Our dogs were very comfortable and slept the whole time! Thank you so much

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

We simply parked our car behind the unit and enjoyed everything that Kerrytown and Main Street have to offer! A wonderful place if you’d like to walk easily from shops, to restaurants, to entertainment. We had a great stay!

Everything was as described and the owner was extremely easy to communicate with. Had some issues with an outdated payment method and she literally explained to me through messages how to properly use the app because I was lost. Went above and beyond to make sure it went well for me!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. Hosts were friendly, helpful, and informative. Beautiful and peaceful property with loads to do. Travelers of all ages can find something to do on this property and in the surrounding park areas.

Judy's cottage was perfect for our girls weekend! Judy was quick to respond when we had questions, and was a genuinely pleasant host.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The place was nice and clean and the host was easily contactable and sent us a message every couple of days to check all was ok. We had plenty of room and facilities to cook and do our laundry. The pool area out the back was great and my kids and I spent many hours swimming. I would definitely consider booking again if we are back in the area next year.
