Pla de Mallorca : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Our family felt very much at home at Heber and Bibis place and the kids are constantly asking how long until we will go back there. That’s the biggest compliment I guess :-) Communication was quick and clear, we were greeted in person (despite our late checkin in) and provided with supplies and local recommendations on what to do. We also came to value the finca’s central location, as no trip felt particularly long. You do need your own transport though. Thank you Heber and Bibi for making our holiday such a nice memory, for the fire wood, the herbs and oranges from your garden, the sauna, playing with the dogs and so much more.

This home is spectacular. The views are beautiful. The setting is tranquil. Sitting on the deck or in the jacuzzi overlooking the sea was so relaxing and peaceful. Really nice hiking to the village of Deia or along the coast that starts right from the house. Easy walk down to the swimming cove. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all comfortable and nicely furnished. We never wanted to leave.

très bon logement dans quartier pavionnaire calme, adapté pour visiter Ciutadella et l'ouest de l'île. A 10min à pied, zone de baignade avec échelle et à 12 min à pied, une jolie plage. Jaccuzi agréable a 35°C. cuisine équipée. Prise moustiques et climatisation. Échange avec l'hôte via wathsapp très rapide et facile. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument PARFAIT chez Toni. La maison est très bien située, dans un cadre champêtre entouré de moutons. La maison est très bien équipée, et idéalement placée pour découvrir l'île de Majorque. L'extérieur est vraiment l'atout de ce logement et le jacuzzi le petit plus qui fait vraiment la différence. Toni est un hôte très agréable... nous avons été accueillis avec une très belle corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin rouge et une bouteille de pétillant ! De quoi commencer les vacances en beauté. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !!

Herzlich, freundlich.Jederzeit erreichbar. Zentraler und mit besserer Lage kann man seinen Urlaub fast nicht verbringen.Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Tak til Maria for at købe ind, så vi havde det basale. og desuden kage og vin. Og tak Maria, købte ekstra legetøj til børn.

Wir waren im März da und hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, deswegen konnten wir den Pool und die Terrasse gar nicht nutzen, aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nichts. Trotzdem haben wir uns in Petra und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und da es recht kalt war, wissen wir auch, dass die Heizung gut funktioniert… 😅. Es gab eine sehr nette Begrüßung mit Kleinigkeiten für die Kinder und leckerem Wein für uns, das war besonders nett! Es war auch schon geheizt, als wir ankamen, das fand ich enorm, die Lage der Wohnung in Ort ist sehr schön!

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

Wir verbrachten herrliche Tage im Casa Piedra. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ob im Hause oder im sehr schön gepflegten Garten. Das Casa Piedra ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Die gute, ruhige Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank an Manuel und Ines für die guten Informationen. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. David, Katja und Valentina

We had a great time at this house! It was a perfect base for our family while we explored Mallorca. The house was very well equipped, felt very homely, very clean, spacious - perfect for a family stay! Antonia was a fantastic host and always available if we had questions. The house is also on a quiet street but just 2 blocks from the beach! Would definitely stay again

Sehr schöne Gegend, das Apartement war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht (2Badezimmer, was super war) Man ist in zirka 40Minuten am Flughafen Palma, aber mit der Lage im Norden an einem schönen und ruhigeren Ort (Alcudia ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen mit allem was man braucht). In 7 Gehminuten ist man unten am Port und am Meer. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das haus sieh aus wie auf den Fotos, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns auch super, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses, am Meer aber fußläufig vom historischen Zentrum von Alcúdia war für uns auch ein Highlight. Isabel war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat aktiv und schnell mit uns Kommuniziert. Vielen Dank!

Cati & Paolas place was one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly well decorated, the swimming pool was a dream and it had all the amenities we needed. It was around 15min drive to the beaches on the Santanyi side and I could not recommend this place enough! Already planning to come back soon. Thank you for everything!

Miquel is a wonderful host, super responsive. We had a couple of minor issues and he resolved them immediately. Stunning property and peaceful location. The table tennis table was a nice bonus too.

We had a wonderful stay in Palmañola, the house was clean and had everything we needed. There’s not much to do in the neighborhood but the location is in the middle of the island so it’s easy to drive to the highlights of Mallorca. The host was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Merci pour cette semaine, nous étions en pleine campagne, au calme et le logement était bien équipé tout en restant authentique.

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral und dennoch schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Palma, wenn man es doch mal ein bisschen „aufregender“ haben möchte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit in Mónica‘s Finca auf alle Fälle sehr genossen und können einen Urlaub dort einfach nur empfehlen. Mónica ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin und ist immer da, um zu helfen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

On a passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très spacieux, super bien équipé et très propre. L’hôte était réactifs et très à l’écoute. Sans parler de la vue magnifique qu’offre l’emplacement.

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der abgesicherte Pool ist Goldwert und insgesamt ist das Haus auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Kinder ist wirklich alles da! Olga und ihr Mann sind super nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Wir haben Familienurlaub in der Finca gemacht und uns grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Außenküche war toll, gestört haben uns allerdings die vielen Katzen, da man nie etwas zu essen unbeaufsichtigt stehen lassen konnte. Leider hatten wir auch jemand mit Katzenallergie (Aussenpolster etc. waren schwierig (Katzenhaare). Dafür können die Eigentümer allerdings wenig, da es Straßenkatzen sind. Im Haus war alles okay und sauber. Lediglich in der Küche mussten wir einige Sachen erstmal von Hand sauber machen (die Spülmaschine ist nicht sauber geworden) . Einige Küchenutensilien könnten unserer Meinung nach ausgetauscht werden (Messer/Schneidebrett/Sieb..) Caty war eine nette Gastgeberin und wir würden die Unterkunft grundsätzlich wieder buchen. Danke!
