Pla de Mallorca : locations de vacances adaptées à la pratique du sport

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed in this apartment both times as a group of 5. Its clean and easily assesible. The rooms are generous and its a great space for 5 people. Host and check in super smooth. I would recommend bringing earplugs though as the floors throughout are tiled and the walls are a bit thin so the noise between apartments travels very easily, we had slightly noisy neighbours next door and the bin men were very loud early in the morning but nothing you wouldnt expect with such a central location. Would definitely recommend Ombu and Rikoto restaurants but pre booking essential! Thanks for the stay! We would definitely go back.

The stay in Villafranca, central to the island, was perfect for getting around Mallorca. Easy to find parking. Quiet neighborhood. Jorge was very responsive and had the place very clean for my arrival.

Very nice location to stay for a cycling holiday!

Séjour très agréable à cette période, avec un accueil chaleureux. Logement très propre et literie très confortable. Buffet simple mais varié. Les plaques de cuisson dans notre appartement ne permettraient pas de cuisiner au quotidien Rapport qualité prix rien à redire.

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, well-equipped and clean. The communication from Claude was exceptional, going above and beyond and the complex was really nice with good facilities. The location is good, with about a 5-10 min walk to the main bars and restaurants. There are also a selection of bars and restaurants closer and a big supermarket just a couple of mins walk away. The beach is about a 15-20 mins walk away. Would highly recommend.

Super Preis Leistung und freundliche Kommunikation

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

Lovely place to stay, a very quiet area with a nice view from the balcony towards the seaside. The apartment has a roof terrace with a barbecue. Frédérique was quick in answering all the enquiries that we had. Bus station very close in case you want to visit other locations. We visited Palma and really enjoyed the day visiting and exploring the surroundings.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, eine sehr saubere gepflegte Unterkunft, schnelle und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber mit Pool und Gym. Der Teil in Can Picafort in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist eher ruhiger und weniger Touristisch als der Rest. Es gibt Fußläufig zwei tolle Resturants. Also alles was man sich wünscht. An einem Abend hat das benachbarte Hotel einen Eventabend, da lief gute live Musik bis 22:00 danach war aber ruhe. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir in der Wohnung über uns sehr laute Nachbarn, da kann der Gastgeber aber nichts für. Wir konnten trotzdem perfekt schlafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, das große Bett sind zwei zusammengeschobene Betten mit Besucherritze. Trotzdem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und würden es weiterempfehlen!

We loved our stay, it was perfect for us and our needs. Such a peaceful, homely and beautiful place with amazing views everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with family and the location was perfect. Our family felt very much at home at Heber and Bibis place and the kids are constantly asking how long until we will go back there. That’s the biggest compliment I guess :-) Communication was quick and clear, we were greeted in person (despite our late checkin in) and provided with supplies and local recommendations on what to do. We also came to value the finca’s central location, as no trip felt particularly long. You do need your own transport though. Thank you Heber and Bibi for making our holiday such a nice memory, for the fire wood, the herbs and oranges from your garden, the sauna, playing with the dogs and so much more.

¡Maravillosa estancia en Mallorca! Casa súper recomendable en una de las mejores zonas de la isla, con todos los servicios y la ciudad cerca, además de estar muy bien conectada para acceder al resto de la isla y sus playas. La mejor atención por parte de Elleonora, ¡un 10! Repetiremos pronto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung , gut eingerichtet mit allem , was man braucht. Toller Patio. Fast am Strand , ideal zum joggen. Einkaufen. Bars & Restaurants alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Super !

Matis Finca hält was sie verspricht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert. Der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum. Perfekt für Familien. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Mein Mann, unser Sohn und ich waren 4 Nächten in diesem wunderbaren Appartment!Bel hat uns im Vorwege fantastisch beraten und geholfen und später hatten wir mit der Vermieterin Xisca zu tun-auch sie war extrem freundlich,verlässlich und einfach Top!Unser Flug hatte ein wenig Verspätung,vom Flughafen Palma bis zum App.fährt man ca. 1 Std...für Xisca war das kein Problem!Wir haben im Vorfeld Handy Nr. ausgetauscht und per Whats App kommuniziert..sie wartete auf uns im Appartment,hat uns einen leckeren Kuchen,Wasser und Wein in die Küche gestellt,uns das wichtigste erklärt und uns die Schlüssel gegeben-Perfekter kann man es nicht machen!Die Wohnung ist ein Traum!Wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern!Der Pool war noch ein bisschen frisch,aber wenn die Sonne rauskam,war es möglich zu planschen.Alles war super sauber,Parkplätze gibts direkt vor der Tür an der Straße.Die Schnellstr ist ein wenig laut,mit Ohrstöpseln aber kein Problem!Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum!Empfehlenswert,fahrt hin! ,o)
