Rita's place is everything you need for your hopkins stay. walking distance to food places, swimming off the dock, beautiful sunrise. the hosts were very helpful and were able to accommodate our requests whenever needed. We stayed at the downstairs, and from the house to the deck and the dock, everything is well equipped. It is a great spot if you want your own place in Hopkins.

Pros: Beautiful place. We stayed in the Turtle suite. Place was cleaned. Pool was amazing. The structure is nice. They have Kayaks you can use. Cons: the windows are not sealed tight. Tiny jungle creatures can get inside. You can hear everything downstairs if the group staying there is loud. The Green Parrot waiter stole our credit card information . Make sure no one walks away with your card. We had to cancel two of our cards because two waiters walked away with our card. The next morning we get fraud alert on our phones. Other than that the place is great.

We had a great time in Placencia. The place was perfect for our needs - spacious, comfy, clean linens, and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to walk to the resort and have access to the pool and restaurant. Vincent was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to make recommendations. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great stay in Belize!

The house was great. We appreciated the laundry access. A neighbor came by to invite us to a potluck, but unfortunately we were leaving the next day!

What a beautiful villa! Seabird Villa 14 has the most spectacular sunsets! It is private and stunning while the architectural design is both simple and functional. We enjoyed all the suggestions from our private chef to our dive masters and found all exceeded our expectations. We hope to return for a month or longer next time.

Absolutely worth every penny to stay in with full amenities provided and utilised as shown on website. Very helpful host . Highly recommended

This place was gorgeous. My lady and I wanted something out of the way to have a quiet New Years Holiday and that is exactly what we found when we got to the Shallow Bay Beach House. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking when we wanted to and the town was close enough for us to get to easily but not too close that we were inundated with traffic and local noise. Overall it was a beautiful stay and well worth the price. I would (and already have) recommended this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hopkins. Thank you so much Rita and Steve!

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.
