We had a great time at Nick's place during Labor Day weekend. Nick was very responsive and flexible. The place had everything for a family getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

A beautiful place in a beautiful little town. Amador City is close to wine tasting but far from the madness. The main floor is downstairs and is spacious and comfortable. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 up in the sitting area. My bed downstairs was really comfortable, just the right amount of firm, and the sheets really soft. Monique was very responsive to our questions. In the morning we walked down the hill for a really good latte and enjoyed the garden next to the coffee shop. Highly recommend!

First time long term stay. Almost 3 weeks. After a few days it felt like home. Safe comfortable and very accessible. Plan to stay again in the near future

What a great place for family to come together for a birthday weekend. The space was perfect. The location near the park and river were great. All interactions with the host were timely and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

The place was fantastic! Exactly as described. Very clean and tastefully done. My wife and daughters were very impressed w me picking such a great house. Walking distance to Dutch Bros, donut shop, and a Raley’s supermarket. I would highly recommend and come back and stay in the future. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great. Super easy check in and check out. Very fast response on any questions from Marilyn. She even reached out and let us check in hours earlier in the day which helped out a lot! A++++++++

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

The house is truly cozy, we loved it! We had everything we needed and more. Lei was always responsive, friendly and accommodated us with everything we needed. I absolutely recommend this place!

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

This place was the perfect place to stay at after a wedding close by. It was cozy and very quiet after an eventful day. There was a brewery, winery and the stores were only a 10 min drive away if we needed anything! Michelle was friendly, quick to respond and had the place warmed up before we got there! Super appreciative of that! We would definitely stay here again on our next getaway!

This place was really adorable and fun to stay at! Unfortunately it was only a night’s stay, but it sure was a cute place, and our host really went out of her way to provide snacks and amenities for the weary travelers that we were. We arrived super late so we had trouble finding the front door, but Bibi was very responsive and helped us in spite of the late hour. Also, her listing does give thorough instructions on finding it, but my tired brain was so addled I missed it (def. Not the host’s fault).

Very nice serene place to stay. It's pretty new construction and pleasant and airy inside. There is a nice yard area that has a fire pit and bbq and would be nice in summer. When I was there the weather wasn't right for that. If you really want quiet and serene, this place is it, but that also means it's not close to any kind downtown attractions. There are some supermarkets about 10 min away and it's an easy drive to some of the Yuba river hiking spots, which are really great. I enjoyed it here and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy and beautifully decorated for Christmas, making our holiday extra special. Allison was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, festive getaway. Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better host/owners and jumping off point to visit all that Sacramento has to offer. The property exceeded all our expectations. If you love the country life, look no further. The property has is all. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.
