Placid Lakes : locations de vacances

The location is quiet being Sebring but I was there for a local event and the distance from it was great. The house was nice and clean, and the area is so peaceful. I will 100% consider them again if I ever am in town

We were in town facilitating an event and only wish we could have stayed longer because this property truly feels like the Ritz-Carlton of private lake houses. Everything about this home exudes luxury and comfort, from the private dock and oversized deck with plenty of seating for the whole family to the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The thoughtful details make all the difference—Smart TVs, double-headed jetted master showers, comfortable beds, and every little convenience you could hope for. David has gone above and beyond to ensure his guests have everything they need to feel at home during their stay. Excellent Airbnb! Exactly what we were looking for! Exactly like the photos, cute ,cozy and very comfortable. We loved our stay and we were welcomed in person by Hugh the community Rep. Nestor is so friendly and even called to see if we got in the gate Okay after I messaged him when I forgot the gate pass. We would HIGHLY recommend Nestor’s Cozy place and we hope to return soon! Tony was very responsive with 2 issues, the thermostat and an ironing board. He quickly responded to our concerns. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well located for our purposes. Plenty of linens, and things you need when you first arrive were provided. The washer and dryer were difficult to understand - while like every other appliance it was easy to turn them on but they didn’t automatically turn off. The dryer was extremely slow. A great tv, a super patio, comfy furniture. We enjoyed our stay and will eagerly return!

We loved everything about Phil and Sonya's place. The outdoor space was incredible. The view of the Lake from inside and outside the house was amazing. I enjoyed sitting out front, too, when I needed a little morning sun and wind protection. Loved walking out on the long pier and sitting in the swing. Enjoyed the swing in the backyard, too. They have a nice white sandy beach area...great for laying out and reading a book. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed a paddle around the Lake. We even tried out the row boat. The inside of the house is very spacious and comfortable. The newer shower in the laundry area is really nice. I loved the older pink bathroom and vintage kitchen...adds to the Lake house charm....please don't remodel. The house is very well stocked and supplied with everything. Phil and Sonya are great hosts. Hope to be back.
