Delightful place. Skylights add lots of natural light. Very clean. Within walking distance of the Plaza and an easily accessible location with parking right in front. Great water pressure. Would definitely stay there again.

This wonderful apartment was the perfect home away from home for a work event and the Indian Pueblo Cultural center. With easy walking distance to the venue, a few great restaurants, and a grocery story I was left wanting for nothing. Easy ride shares to old town, downtown, and nob hill made this a perfect place to spend a week.

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

Definitely such a cute place to stay in Madrid if looking for something very unique! It was very easy to find right off the main road and all of the instructions were very easy to follow. Be warned there is a good little dip right off the road turning into the parking space so don’t go too fast. It was a great stay!

Love the Unit and the location feels like home, we used the fitness facility, pool and hot tub, this is my second time staying there and have recommended to my daughter and a friend.

Had a great stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The house is a bit tricky to find but the host sent pictures and instructions that helped. The driveway is difficult to get into but there is plenty of street parking if you don’t feel comfortable. The house is walking distance to a park and very central. The check in process was flexible and the host was very communicative. Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

A wonderful host, and perfect place - as described and better. I’m a cooking guy and the kitchen had it all for light or full meals & complimentary coffee. Comfy bed and a chill southwest vibe in magical Tesuque Village. Didn’t want to leave, definitely coming back to the “Dreamcatcher Compound”!

Very quiet and lovely place. As an architect i was impressed with the stainless steel “kitchen on a wall” unit on the wall. My only issue was there was no kleenx in the place, so i used TP. No real issue there of course, just something i noticed. I recommend this casita without reservation.

I'll start off by saying the house was very clean and in a good location. My wish would have been that the owners, Joseph and Megan, had been more clear about the studio casita that is described as "separate, private and on the back of the property. Well, yes, the studio is on the back of the property but also within the same house.... You share a couple of walls. You can see the casita's patio from the back bedroom window. Also, when you are on the "private deck" you are next to the casita's patio which doesn't feel entirely private. While this may not bother some, I myself would have like to have known the casita was part of the house (it was advertised as an Entire House). I've stayed in carriage houses before that were on the same property but removed from the main house. This is not the case with this home. Just thought this should be shared so others who might feel the same way can make a more informed decision on staying here.

Diana is a terrific host. Communicative and helpful. The place is really wonderful. It's close to Santa Fe, so you can get to the Plaza and all the things wonderful about Santa Fe. It is also set in the most beautiful, quiet hills and tucked away. You feel like you are all alone in a luxurious place in the desert. The stars at night are gorgeous because there is no light pollution. The place is comfortable and has everything you can want for staying in or using it as a home base for other exploration. This is one of the best places, of many, that we have stayed in in Santa Fe.

Stayed for three nights with my mom on a mother/daughter birthday trip. Super comfortable space, with plenty of room for hanging out, cooking light meals, etc. We didn't use the study room/office or the game/TV room, but I can definitely see how other guests would appreciate those spaces. The neighborhood is quiet, about a 30-35 minute walk from the central plaza, and easy to drive in and out of. Overall, a really nice stay!

We found this property to be very clean and comfortable. We were in town for a funeral and needed a place where we could relax and vist with each other. The two large sitting areas and the outside patio were great. House was very well laid out and the furniture including the 3 king beds were very comfortable. Glad we found this one and will book it again, if available.

It was a quiet and lovely place. It was like as advertised, maybe more, definitely not less. For the next time, we would love to stay there again.

This was my second stay at this property. The ease of access to Balloon Fiesta Park makes it a premier property in the city. The deck on the upper floor provides a stunning view of the mountains and of approaching balloons. The west facing patio is a lovely place to sit. Each provide alternatives for when you want sun or shade. The house is clean and well laid out. Location is great for a trip up to Santa Fe or to groceries or good restaurants nearby. Jacky is super responsive and a joy to interact with. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Beautiful home in a great area, very quite neighborhood. Casino and golf course less than 8 minutes from house. Highly recommend this rental, Jacuzzi was on upon check out which was great after a drive from El Paso.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

The property location is ideal. The layout of the property was great for our family. The beds were very comfortable & thoughtful touches like light dimmers added to our comfort as did the heated floors. The Nespresso coffee maker & milk frother was nice to have. We also appreciated the ability to adjust the temperature according to our needs - each floor is controlled separately. The host was also very accommodating to extend our checkout time due to medical reasons. The checkout instructions were not excessive which our family appreciated due to the medical reason for our stay.

Very nice place to stay. Very well stocked with everything you need to stay there. Exceptionally clean. Aaron was very responsive to communication and helpful with the check-in process. Check-in was so simple, we didn't need to meet up with anyone, just a simple code to unlock the place. Aaron checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. Highly recommend this place. Santa Fe is wonderful city, the restaurants are incredible.

The home was a good place for us to stay in while Albuquerque to work on my mother-in-laws house. We felt comfortable there which was nice after a few days of hard work.

We stayed 3 nights in Jenn’s place and had a great time! The beds were comfortable and we were within 10 minutes of anything you would want to do in the Santa Fe area. We used the fire pit outside one night and had a great time. Would stay again!

This is a great spot, easy drive to downtown Santa Fe. We really appreciated the thought Kelly put into the space: having comfortable furniture, amenities, kitchen supplies, etc. that you don’t always get at an AirBnB. She was also so responsive and was able to come over in less than 10 minutes in the evening to help us with a small fix. It was the perfect stay for a long weekend!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be able to explore Canyon Road or the Plaza/downtown on foot. We also loved the cozy fireplace amd private patio. Aime was extremely responsive and helpful, she made sure we had a wonderful stay!
