Hôte ponctuelle, disponible et serviable. Appartement propre avec une belle décoration. Terrasse en face de la piscine avec une belle vue et très pratique pour prendre ses repas dans un cadre agréable. Photos du site correspondantes à la réalité. Kawthar nous a bien accueilli et renseigné sur les différents points de vente situés à proximité de la résidence ou se trouve l'appartement. J’y retournerai sans hésitation et le recommande vivement.

ce logement il a était impeccable il ce trouve à 2 min a pied de la plage centrale de mohammedia et 4min en voiture pour aller au parc . Hakima elle a était a l'écoute,une remarque à faire pour la prochaine il faut mieux équipiers la cuisine et la wifi était un peut lente si vous pouvez la changer. je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

Khadija est très réactif. L'appartement très bien situé et bien sécurisé. Un sécurité présent 24h24 et 7/j devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Je pouvais garer mon véhicule devant l'immeuble ou au parking privé. Accès facile au centre ville 15min. L'appartement très propre avec un balcon. Merci et à très bientôt. KAYA

Mi estancia fue excelente. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y rápida en todo momento. El piso es muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo, ideal para descansar. Además, está muy bien ubicado, cerca del garaje allah y Houbous y rodeado de todo tipo de servicios. La zona está perfectamente conectada con transporte: hay tranvía, taxis y autobuses muy cerca. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme aquí.*****

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

Très belle villa proposée par Abdelghani. Plusieurs chambres sont disponibles chacune avec sa salle de bain. Le point très positif est le calme et la piscine qui est très propre. Abdelghani est très réactif et communicatif. Merci beaucoup.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Safaa’s place was a great find for us! Her apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is an elevator so if you have mobility issues, this is a great choice. We would happily stay again and again!

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.
