It was a pleasure to spend 10 days at Giannis’ Home, which is ideally located for discovering Athens. The view is amazing—truly one of the best in the city—and the place feels like a countryside retreat within Athens. After a full day exploring the bustling city, it’s a real joy to return home to such a serene and peaceful setting.

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο,με ωραία διακόσμηση,πεντακάθαρο,άνετοι χώροι,το κρεβάτι με το στρώμα άνετο , το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο με ντουζιέρα άνετη και με τζάμι που δεν βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω. Η ιδιοκτήτρια φιλική και εξυπηρετική κάθε φορά που θα είμαι Αθήνα θα πηγαίνω στο «Μικρό ρόδι «. Ότι καλύτερο έχω επισκεφτεί σε Airbnb.

Easy parking Excellent Internet/WiFi suitable for remote workers! Whats not to like!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable stay!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect spot to rest after flying in from the Western U.S. We enjoyed the views, the pool, the comfy sitting area and outside tables. It was so great we got a little lazy and ordered delivered food more than we planned - the view was unrivaled. We also hiked up the hill behind the place -Lycabettus Hill- in the early morning. It is lovely up there too. If you want to be out of the bustle of the more touristy areas, I highly recommend.

Over all 5/5 experience Expecially with the home theater setup. The host answered very quickly everytime I asked for anything. The only objections I would have you could have towards Athens in general so regarding the actual Airbnb there was no issues and I would recommend.

Smaragda was very accommodating with our check in and check out! She allowed us a late check out with no extra charge which was great since we all had different flight times. She also recommended and set up a Sri er for us and even did our laundry which by the way smelled amazing! She was extremely responsive which any request or question. Now the space! It was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing Oasis! Rey very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. A very modern dryer with glass walls/windows that opened for a more open feel! The rooftop was Perdue a morning coffee and daytime/nighttime relaxation. It had an ire of the mountains on one side and the o ran from the other. There were many beachfront restaurants witching walking distance and even ore quaint surrounding towns accessible by foot but also by a taxi if your nit in the mood for a walk. I would recommend this rental anytime! I was also informed Smaragda has more rentals in the islands!

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

Alex's home was beautiful, and in a very nice quiet area. Just across the road from the harbour and restaurants. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Short taxi/tram ride to Piraeus and not to far from central Athens. Alex is an excellent host and was very helpful to us as we had some specific requests. Would recommend.

Maria was the best host, welcoming and extremely helpful. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for all the sights.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι. Η περιγραφή αντιπροσώπευε το διαμέρισμα. Φιλικός κι εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης.

Ce logement correspond aux photos. Très agréable, fonctionnel. Les 2 salles de bains sont un vrai plus quand on est 5. A proximité du métro dafni qui est à 4 stations de l'acropole et du centre. Vu le prix du métro pour la carte de 5 jours 8€, cet emplacement est parfait. Un supermarché à 2 blocs. Quartier très calme, aucun bruit. Nous recommandons et nous avons passé une super semaine.

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees.
