Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Wie bereits beim letzten Mal wurden wir herzlich empfangen und unser verspäteter check-in war unproblematisch. Die ruhige Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung ist perfekt für den Messebesuch. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Schöne großräumige Wohnung die für uns gut gepasst hat. Ein paar eigenartige Kleinigkeiten: - Kaffee Kapseln gibts nur zum Kauf im Automat in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Kapseln mit aufwendigem Relaxed Urban Living branding, aber eine Unterscheidung zwischen den zwei Sorten is nicht möglich. Eine ist wohl koffeinfrei, da muss man sich halt auskennen oder Glück haben. Der Automat hat die 2€ geschluckt dann aber nichts heraus gegeben. Im Spar nebenan gibts die Kapseln auch. Ein paar inkludierte Kapseln würden wohl auch nicht zu viel in die Marge schneiden. - Ein paar Bilder auf den Wänden oder ein Nachtisch würde das ganze heimeliger machen. Der minimalistische Stil passt eh, aber so ist halt Handy und Brille am Boden. Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und einen zweiten Schlüssel nach dem ich gefragt habe ist prompt erschienen. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung war unerwartet und war ein Plus. Hat wohl nicht jede Wohnung.

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

Die Kommunikation mit Jürgen war top! Beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Aufteilung war für unsere Gruppe bestehend aus zwei Familien klasse. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht waren einfach nur schön. Auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Jürgen als Anbieter sind auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

I had a wonderful stay in Ingeborg's flat. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was exactly as described and in immaculate, clean condition. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We had a fantastic stay. We were fortunate to get the apartment on the top floor. It was nicer and more spacious than the pictures but I guess that depends on which apartment you stay. The apartment was perfect for our group which was 4 adults and a baby. It was modern and very clean and had everything needed for a weekend stay. Comfortable bed and the sofa bed had blackout curtains around it for privacy and darkness. The lift was useful for luggage and our stroller. We also had a very helpful person checking us in. The check in was at the hotel close by but the apartment was an easy walk from there. All in all a great stay and we would definitely return.

Wir waren zu 7 zum Skifahren im Apartment, wir hatten eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit in einem tollen, modernen und top ausgestatteten Apartment. Man hat viel Stauraum und generell Platz, sodass es auch in einer großen Gruppe nie eng wird. Außerden waren wir alle positiv überrascht von der modernen aber vorallem auch umfassenden Ausstattung dee Ferienwohnung, das kannten wir alle aus anderen Ferienwohnungen anders... Auch die Lage mitten im Ortskern, mit Skibus-Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

-Sauberste Unterkunft in der wir bisher waren, alles wie beschrieben -Alles da was man braucht -super Gastgeberin, sehr authentisch und nett -Unser Tochter war auch total begeistert -wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Telfs mit viel Bewegung und danach herrlicher Entspannung in der Sauna und einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Kaffee aus der Nespresso-Maschine ist sehr lecker, genau wie die Produkte aus Martha 's Hofladen, die man rund um die Uhr kaufen kann. Thomas war jederzeit unkompliziert kontaktierbar und hat auch von sich aus gefragt, ob alles passt. Generell war die Kommunikation immer sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wahrer Traum! Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und erholsam, zugleich aber wunderbar zentral. Die stilvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und es wurde an viele Details gedacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten sowie der luxuriöse Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool – ein Ort der puren Entspannung. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ob für eine Auszeit im Sommer oder Winter – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende im Allgäu verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und wir haben die Infrarot Sauna und die Whirlwanne sehr genossen 😊 Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiter empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Alles wie beschrieb und sehr sauber!! Winfried war ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Immer freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar!! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Immer wieder gerne!!!☺️

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!
