Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Recommend for families looking to check out a game or do any of the wonderful things available to do in Tampa!

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened deck. It was peaceful to sit outside and relax. The furnishings were lovely, comfortable couches, even a rocking chair. The master bedroom had a great bed, lots of storage and a huge closet. I especially liked the walk in shower in the adjoining bathroom. The kitchen was furnished with everything you needed. I appreciated the pantry since I had brought some things from home. The area is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. I stayed for almost three months and enjoyed every minute.

House was so beautiful and very clean. Sabrina was so great. I really appreciated her flexibility to allow us to check out a little later. Upscale furnishings and very well maintained property. I would definitely stay again. The outside area and pool was beautiful. The only con was the pool was not heated so some of us could not use it, I really tried but it was just too cold, even though the temp outside was in the high 80's the pool had not acclimated yet. But overall we really had wonderful family time :) Thank you so much Sabrina!

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. My left item would very much recommend to anyone visiting the Tampa area who wants a nice clean quiet space to plan out their adventures from

A Cozy, Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality I had the pleasure of staying at Jeremy’s Airbnb for a spring break with my 16 year old daughter and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth, and they were incredibly helpful with check-in details and local recommendations. The condo was exactly as described – clean, modern, and welcoming. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to Clearwater Beach. Overall, this stay was an absolute delight, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting

We found Paradise in Brandon to be the ideal arrangement these past four days. It was quiet and peaceful while we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill. It is close to everything you might be interested in Brandon, mall, theater, restaurants. Great place and responsive host.

We loved the condo!!! When we opened the door we were so surprised how nice the condo was. Very roomy comfortable and very clean. The hosts get back to you right away. Condo is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away. We can not wait to come back. Will definitely stay again.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

We had an amazing time and the place was fantastic! Kids absolutely loved the pool & movie theatre! I would highly recommend!! 5-stars!

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Everything was exactly as described ! Host was super responsive . Location is perfect for a Disney trip. With moderate traffic you are approximately 17-20 minutes from everything. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the neighborhood . Walmart is basically across the street . Everything was very clean. Pool looked clean , however; the nights were too cold to swim (I don’t believe the pool is heated ) . Not a negative but just a heads up for future renters…when the AC kicks on, the motor makes a minor bang noise, which happens to be right behind the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was perfect !

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

Our family absolutely loved everything about this home. The decor and paintings on the walls were stunning. The home included so many extra amenities to use the list is endless. Luis was a very responsive host. Our family will definitely stay here for future vacations.
