wonderful AirBNB that was perfect for our family of 5. prompt and helpful communication. we had a little delay in going through gate security the first time (they need to see everyone's ID and all names must be on the list first) but after the first time, they tended to recognize us. we had a car and nearby family so this was the perfect location for us. AC worked great and the place was very clean. the neighborhood grocery store is very convenient, although you do have to drive outside the security gate to get there. overall we loved this Airbnb and would be happy to stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay, the host was responsive he called to make sure I was all set. I only booked for a night and the host treated me as if I was going to be there for while meaning he still made sure I had a welcome basket and called to ensure I wasn’t short of anything. Definitely will be back !

Onyekan was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive. From providing clear check-in instructions to readily answering any questions we had, communication was seamless. Onyekan's place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The property was spacious and it was a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and availability of entertainment options. We felt right at home throughout our visit. We highly recommend Onyekan's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area of St. Ann.

This is literally my home away from home. I’ve been here several times, I love it here it’s real peaceful. I don’t want to sound too bias, however it’s the perfect location… you’re next to two ATMs in walking distance very convenient also a private beach access the beach is really nice and has a cool guy that runs it. Also there’s a grocery store that’s close by in walking distance as well. Last, however not least there’s a dispensary that’s a little less then 10mins away driving.

We had an AMAZING time at Jermaine’s place! My group and I traveled in for my 30th birthday and everything was absolutely perfect! From Chef to the AMAZING Tracey, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for the special day. The house was decorated to perfection and every meal was wonderful! The home itself if beautifully organized and smells like a tropical dream. We got to the Airbnb late and had some difficultly getting and Tracey left her home at 2 AM to help us! Then our flight was canceled and Tracey and Jermaine worked with us to ensure we were comfortable while we awaited updates from the airline. I can’t imagine a better team! Do yourself a favor and book!

We had a wedding to attend and the location was perfect. Our host Oneil gave us early check in so we could get dress form his place. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house has all the amenities we needed and convenient parking. This place is highly recommended.

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

We had a party of 9 that stayed at Baywaytch and the cottage. What a beautiful place. We felt safe the entire time with security during the day and night. His staff are all outstanding. Janet, the chef and Casse, her assistant/butler/cleaner were fabulous and felt like family to us. The pictures do not truly capture how beautiful the location and the property is. Beautiful flowering shrubs. The water and beach is very accessible by 3 steps down from the property as well as well maintained pool are available.Gary is super responsive and assisted with connections for transportation from the airport and any excursions you may want. The best part was the convenience of placing groceries on a tab that is settled at the end with the local grocery store. The house has expansive verandas that are a great place to eat, hang out and get out of the sun. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal. The beds are a bit firm. I will definitely be back as enjoyed our stay so much.

We had a totally wonderful experience at itti Barry Villa!! I searched and scrolled the AirBNB listings to find THE Perfect place for my family - itti Barry was THE ONLY villa that met ALL the criteria. It was wheelchair accessible for my 104-year old Dad; located right across the street from the Caribbean Sea; beautiful easy walk to the private pristine beach with a coral reef with pretty fish; the property is gorgeous from every angle; lots of cozy places to sit and relax; delightful outdoor dining; excellent communication; a total oasis - your private 5 star resort! Last but definitely not least was the caring and professional service received from Arlene, Rexton, and Dahlia - they are top notch providing a home away from home experience with that authentic Jamaican flair - superb💯 Karleen the owner has exquisite taste and has created a Caribbean retreat that makes you feel fully at home! I LOVE this place and will gladly return again and again. I recommend it wholeheartedly. 💚🇯

We absolutely love this villa! We are returning guests and this time we brought our adult kids and grandkids. They loved it as well. Between the pools, small sandy beach, swimming and snorkeling, there was plenty for all to enjoy. My grandchildren adored Carleen who was accommodating and helpful with the needs of 2 under 2.5 years old. The food was wonderful as well.

By far one of my favorite homes in Jamaica! Not my first time staying at Nathan & Melissa’s home and surely won’t be my last. This home is beautiful, the staff is amazing & the location is perfect for your stay in Ocho Rios. Highly recommend!

Marc's villa is located in a gorgeous spot. It has a one-in-a-million view that calming and good for the soul. Days after checking out I found myself still dreaming of the view. Marc and Trish were very organized, detailed, and responsive hosts. My party which included adults and children had such a fantastic time at their villa. Ms. Pauline is fantastic! So friendly and kind and such a delicious chef. We look forward to being back!

This place was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The place had everything we needed. The pool was right across from the house which was super convenient. There’s an exit from the pool straight down to the beach. The beach was beautiful with cabanas and ample showers to wash off the sand. Also the sea floor is built up enough that you can walk right out to the man-made island that sits just offshore. The community is super quiet and the doors were great at blocking out sounds. The rooftop was beautiful and a lovely place to have dinner while enjoying the night sky. The decor was tasteful and every convenience we needed was readily available. Sanjae always responded quickly no matter the time of day, and was always super helpful and polite. We’ll definitely be going back to stay again. You won’t regret booking your stay here!

Everything was great for our 2024 Ladies Trippin in Jamaica. The host was very communicative and the chefs/helpers were amazing. Kai, Abbie and John were friendly, funny and helpful. If you don't want cleaning/cooking just let them know and they will leave you be. We loved it there and had an amazing time. If we would've asked about beach towels and pool floaties...we would've had those too but we came with our own. Better instructions or map for private beach would've been helpful. We definitely would recommend Que Sera. The view alone is worth it!

Such an understanding host that was communicative and accommodating. Had travel issues and she ensured that we weren’t further inconvenienced. Definitely will be looking to stay at her place if we come back. Amazing experience dealing with her.
