Plat : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Dubrovnik et avons choisi l'appartement de Mavro pour notre séjour ; nous en sommes plus que ravis ! Le logement est propre, bien aménagé pour quelques jours. Il y a un petit emplacement pour garer une voiture. La vieille ville est à une bonne vingtaine de minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique ! Mavro a toujours été très réactif et arrangeant, la communication est facile. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce logement ! Merci encore Mavro.

What a wonderful accommodation in a fantastic location with the amazing sea and old town view! It is equipped with everything you need and even more! We arrived with hand luggage so appreciated very much the beach towels and mats! A specious terrace next to the a lovely garden with birds singing in the morning, what could be better than to see a beautiful sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! This part of the town is much quieter as all bus stops and main car parks are on other side, but it is still very close to the Old Town, 10 minute walk and only 5 minutes to the beach. Everything was perfect, very easy to find and smooth check in. We had a great stay and would highly recommend! Thank you Vedrana and Zoran for your great hospitality!

If we could we would give Ivan's place 6 stars, we would. Close to bus to old town and supermarket 2 mins walk. Ivan and his Mother were fantastic very informative and flexible. Helpful with parking car which is a great advantage in Dubrovnik. Thanks Ivan for making our stay wonderful.

The apartment was fantastic and had an incredible view as per the photos. It had 3 doors to get into suite and you had to unlock and lock both sides when arriving and leaving. The 1st two doors lead to other suites and these 2 doors were not always locked. Ana's suite is the upper suite and the noise from the other suite travelled up the stairs to Ana's suite. Unfortunately there seemed to be a group of young men on a party outing in the other suite below and there was lots of noise even into the early morning hours. But overall you can't find a better suite and location. It was absolutely fantastic.

Spotlessly clean apartment! Quiet neighborhood with some great, casual restaurants nearby. Quick and easy Uber ride into Old Town. A great place to stay!

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Nenad is such a lovely host. The studio flat is spotless, conveniently located and very peaceful, very nice view from the balcony. Nenad's recommendations for places to eat were spot on and he also helped us with the airport transfers. We had a very interesting conversation about the history of Montenegro too :)

Fantastic stay in cavtat. Lovely hosts and very friendly. Everything was provided what we needed and lovely and clean. The location is perfect and really peaceful. Beautiful views and sunsets. Bar cool next door was always welcoming and great sandwiches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay sad to go home xx

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Marija, Tiho et leur famille nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils se sont montrés disponibles pour toutes questions et par ailleurs discrets laissant une agréable sensation d'être chez soi. Un petit coin de paradis pour qui aime se retirer du tumulte des villes.

Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, am Rand und innerhalb der Stadtmauern. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Unweit befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Die Glastüre zur Küche (ebenerdig) lässt zwar Licht rein, aber es können auch Leute reinschauen. Dagegen gibt es eine Jalousie. Wer möchte kann diese runterlassen um mehr Privatsphäre zu erlangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, besonders auch, weil unser Hund mitdurfte.

We loved our stay at Ina's. Such a beautiful quiet spot yet just a short drive from the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik. Ina's place and clean and even nicer than the pictures. I would definitely stay again.

Wow wow! Definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in everything was perfect , the interior, the pool the location and the help and support from Ivona and Michael!! We absolutely loved it and will definitely return 100% recommend xx

Fantastic location, just outside the old town, literally a couple of minutes walk. It was really lovely to have the sea just in front of the house with a bar and restaurant. There were 4 of us and we all had our bedroom which was a bonus. Ela was always on hand for us to ask questions with quick responses. Bring mosquito repellent spray & plug ins. A great few days

Such a beautiful spot, private enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, but close enough that it only takes a few minutes to walk there. There are lots of stairs but we knew that from other reviews and we personally liked it as it felt like we were burning off our desserts on the way home from dinner! Toni was a great host, really responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. Check in was extremely easy as there were clear instructions and photos showing you where to turn and where to go. The apartment itself is beautiful and just like the photos with everything you could need. Lots of cats in the beautiful garden that love to come up for some fuss if you sit outside on the terrace. Everyone we met where the apartment was (whether it was a resident or someone on holiday) were extremely friendly and happy to chat. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here, personally wish we had longer as had such a lovely time. Thank you Toni :)

Absolutely wonderful. The photos are accurate but can't fully convey the stunning views from the apartment. Simply fantastic views of the old town and harbour, Lokrum Island and across the Adriatic to the horizon. Pasko's place is faultless. Super comfortable bed, great shower and very quiet. If this place is available for your dates, don't hesitate to book. We'll be recommending it to friends for sure.

Iva was a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in the old town. There aren’t too many steps to get there which was perfect as I was travelling with a big suitcase and my older parents. Iva gave clear instructions and was a great communicator. All her recommendations were fabulous and her apartment was spotless. It’s in the middle of the old town so expect some noise in the morning, but it’s worth it for the location. If I were back in Dubrovnik I would stay in Iva’s apartment again.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement . Appartement impeccable avec un petit balcon. Superbe vue sur la mer adriatique de la chambre . Quartier sympa , facile d accès avec le bus pour la vieille ville. Bonne communication avec Ivana .

We could not fault our stay, we had everything we needed in the apartment. Irena provided extra information on the local area which was really appreciated and the check in and out system went smoothly too. The apartment was spotless and although it is situated at the top of some steep stairs like previous visitors we too found an easier route via The Buza Bar. There was minimal noise from foot traffic and we would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to others. It was genuinely a perfect stay. Thank you Andrija & Irena
