Platja de Bellreguard : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue incroyable et une piscine formidable, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. De plus le restaurant du club social fournit un menu et des plats avec très bon rapport qualité prix, servi par un personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Federico a été toujours très réactif et efficace tout en restant très discret. Nous espérons vivement revenir.

Todo salió tal cual la descripción, Vicen estuvo pendiente desde que hicimos la reserva hasta el final. Nos dejó un vídeo con las indicaciones para ingresar al alojamiento sin contratiempos; trato cordial y amable. Lo recomendamos 100%

Een net appartementencomplex met lift. Super locatie direct aan zee en de boulevard. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. De ruimte is gezellig, schoon, ruim. Alles aanwezig. Ook een fijn ruim balkon/terras.

Schönes und grosses Appartements. Schöne Lage mit direkten Zugang zum Strand. Schöner Park mit Swimmingpool, Wiese und Kinderspielplatz. Appartement mit Fernseher über Antenne, deshalb FireTV-Stick oder ähnliches mit VPN für Deutsche empfehlenswert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Mejor que en casa 🥰 El apartamento es aún mejor de lo que se aprecia en las fotos. Está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario, las camas son comodísimas y todo está limpio y nuevo. María está pendiente de todo lo que pueda surgir y sus recomendaciones son de gran ayuda. El apartamento está situado en una urbanización preciosa y tranquila con una piscina fantástica y sales y estás en una playa increíble, limpia, perfecta y segura para ir con niños pequeños. Además tiene garage privado y cerrado, con lo que puedes dejarlas cosas de la playa o lo que necesites ahí y se accede con ascensor hasta la puerta del apartamento. En resumen, si quieres una estancia de 10 no lo dudes, nosotros sin duda repetiremos.

Quel magnifique séjour dans l'appartement d'Elena ! Le logement était splendide : propre, avec une agréable odeur, une décoration soignée et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Elena est une hôte chaleureuse qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils sur les environs. De délicates attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, pain, confiture, café/thé, et même quelques sucreries). Notre séjour a été absolument parfait. Merci, Elena, tout était impeccable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

La casa está genial. Tiene varias terrazas para poder disfrutar al aire libre. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, además la decoración cuidada con detalles muy bonitos. Estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación está muy bien ya que está cerca de la playa y en un lugar muy tranquilo. Sin duda, para repetir.

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Es una casa estupenda para una visita en familia. Las instalaciones son cómodas, la piscina muy grande (aunque por el tiempo no la usamos) y tiene acceso directo a la playa. Gracias a Salvador por su amabilidad y su respuesta en todo momento

Espectacular alojamiento, para desconectar y encontrarte con la naturaleza. Las vistas son impresionantes. Buena limpieza y cuidado del apartamento. Las indicaciones del anfitrión son claras y fáciles para encontrar el apartamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Superbe séjour. La maison était vraiment bien. Lits et oreillers très confortables et tout était très propre. Endroit tranquille, la terrasse sur le toit était bien agréable. Nous avons cherché un peu l’endroit parce qu’on se fiait à Google Map. En lisant les instructions de l’hôte, c’était plus clair. Nous avons eu de bonnes suggestions de restos et l’hôte était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J’ai adoré! Je recommande.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the terrace is fantastic, you don’t want to leave! Inside of the house is beautiful as well, but you find yourself spending all the time on the terrace, the views are so special. Lovely space with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Very responsive host, made us feel very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Una estancia muy acogedora, cruzas la calle y esta la playa. Al lado un supermercado. La urba tranquila y muy acojedora, la piscina, el jardin estaban fenomenal. La casa lo justo para 4 , todo lo necesareo. No pasamos nada de calor ya que hay ventiladores y aire acondicionado. En coche a 5 minutos del centro y del puerto. Todo genial

La estancia con nuestro bebé ha sido muy cómoda. Apartamento totalmente equipado, Marina nos ofreció cuna y trona. Limpio y una terraza espectacular. Tal cual las fotos. Zona muy tranquila para descansar unos dias con vistas maravillosas al mar. Garaje incluido, la verdad que una experiencia muy buena.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Al ruim 20 jaar kom ik in Altea, ik ken er de weg en ben gek op de omgeving, eten & de mensen! Accomodatie was gezellig, ruimte genoeg voor 2of 3 personen, ik was alleen. Verder een heerlijk binnen & buitenzwembad. Ik kom er zeker een keer terug! Bedankt Vincente!

Close to everything but very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Felt at home as soon as we got in. Two weeks of poor weather but we were nice and cosy in the apartment.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

We walked into the apartment and we just felt like we had won the lottery. Xesca is such a lovely and caring person. She is always reachable and gets back to you immediately. The huge balcony facing the ocean is wonderful. We had our daily morning coffee there and watched the sunrise. In the evening we enjoyed having our dinner there always having a great view to the ocean. The second balcony facing the street is very comfortable too. The apartment is very clean and very well maintained, furnished with lots of love to details. The kitchen is fully equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. The bathrooms have a really good size so that you don’t feel squeezed in – and each of them has a window. The apartment has a washing machine which helps to reduce your travel luggage to a minimum. The apartment has also a parking lot which was very much appreciated since we arrived by car. You walk out of the building and you are already at the promenade. What an amazing stay!
