Host super reattivo e disponibile. Appartamento in un palazzo storico, spazioso e pulito, eravamo in 6, posizione comodissima in quanto la metro L3 (fermata Poble-sec) per la Rambla era proprio fuori dal portone. I rumori della strada si sentivano ma non davano fastidio, riposato bene. Consigliato.

Great place to stay, extremely peaceful and easy to get to Barcelona. The apartment was clear with everything required for a long or short stay. AC works fine, kitchen is just awesome with multiple different stoves. It was a pleasure to cook. There are blinds on windows that helps to sleep well if you don't like sunlight in the mornings. The host is friendly and easy to contact. The only thing I would consider is to repair the balcony door. I always struggled to open/close it. Even with this consideration I give the whole apartment strong 5!

Very easy to find public transport around the location, the accommodation itself was nice and spacious Will definitely do the job if you want to feel comfortable whilst travelling

El departamento es ideal para ir con niños, y Eva no solo se aseguró de que estuviera impecable, sino que además estaba increíblemente preparado con detalles pensados para nuestras pequeñas. Siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier consulta, grande o pequeña, y nos proporcionó recomendaciones locales excepcionales que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Desde sugerencias para cenar hasta actividades familiares, cada una de sus recomendaciones fue un acierto, y gracias a ella descubrimos lugares únicos de la zona. Su compromiso y dedicación se reflejaron en cada aspecto de nuestra experiencia, logrando que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento.

It is such an amazing place to stay, I travelled to Barcelona about 5 times this year but this time was the easiest with the registration, finding place, check in, parking, everything is so clear, so easy! The apartments are very clean, all you need you can find there - comfy beds, kitchen and utility with all required equipment, balcony with a juice sea view. I loved window shutters the most, I know they are almost everywhere but I really did have a nice sleep as this place is quite! Thank you, Olga, for such an amazing stay for us! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

We hebben het geweldig gehad in het verblijf van Ivan en Alex. Het huis was prettig, opgeruimd en voorzien van alle gemakken. We hadden prachtig weer dus konden ook fijn op het dakterras zitten. We kwamen ook voor Barcelona. Deze verbinding is vanaf het huisje heel goed te doen in 30 minuten ben je in het centrum. De communicatie ging gemakkelijk, ze reageren erg snel. Super bedankt, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Paula war eine wildervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften ganz unkompliziert früher schon ins Haus und auch am Abflugtag so lange bleiben wie wir wollte. Da der Flieger erst um 18:00 ging. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen….. Paula schickte uns vor Anreise Tag aufgenommene Videos, wo sie kurz das abhaue erklärte, Lichter, Schlüssel, Heizung etc. wie Liste mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Wir waren rundum happy, gingen jeden Morgen auch als erstes einmal ins Meer. Direkt vor der Nase. Der Zug fährt relativ regelmäßig und häufig direkt vor dem Haus vorbei… Wenn das stören würde, sollte dies Haus nicht wählen. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Wir würden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Besuch wiederkommen!

Erg nette woning. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd hier doorgebracht met 4 kleine kinderen.

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

Très contents de notre séjour. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et spacieux. Les lits sont confortables. Beach House Barcelona est un hôte réactif et disponible qui a su nous diriger à notre arrivée et répondre rapidement à nos questions. Le plus pour nous a été le train à 20 minutes à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur place. Merci pour ce séjour !

Absolutely first class. From communication, through the beautiful, pristine property, to the the warmest (and most delicious) welcome we have ever received, this experience was one of our very best on Airbnb. Toni and Olga go above and beyond to make your stay special. You are also central to all that lovely Catalunya has to offer here - don’t miss Girona and little Tossa de Mar. Toni and Olga richly deserve the accolades they have built up on the platform. Hard-working, genuine hosts with a gem of a place for guests.

Le logement de Carla est une petite maison parfaite ! La vue est superbe. Tout est impeccable. Carla est adorable et nous a été très utile. On peut se garer dans la rue sans problème. La gare n’est pas loin et Barcelone à 35 minutes de train Allez y les yeux fermés

Grand appartement typique et sympathique. propre et bien rangé. possibilité location place de parking fermée. quartier vivant, nombreux commerces; plage et métro L2 à 10 min à pied (20 min au centre de Barcelone). seul petit bémol: isolation phonique avec la maison adjacente pas des plus optimales. un peu de bruit de circulation depuis les chambres donnant sur la rue. quartier calme la nuit et dimanche. Conclusion: nous avons apprécié autant Badalona que l’appartement et reviendrons avec plaisir chez Maya.

Ha sido un placer pasar unos días de vacaciones en el piso de Daniel. El entorno es precioso, el apartamento está muy bien cuidado y de un tamaño perfecto para los 5 adultos que éramos, y la comunicación con Daniel ha sido estupenda, siempre atento y muy rápido a la hora de contestar. Lo recomendamos!

By the beach. You can walk along the beach to enjoy the sunshine if you get up a little bit early. The serenity keeps me in a good mood. Living here is just like home. And the host is really nice and helpful. Strongly appreciated.

We were extremely satisfied. The flat was clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful, not only thanks to quick response times and friendly check-in, but they also gave use valuable advice on activities and businesses in the vicinity. The flat is very well located, with free parking nearby, close to the beach and great access to Barcelona. It is also very child friendly.

The view from every single window and especially the terrace were beyond words. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Would stay again.

Our flight landed at 11pm. Two other places on Airbnb would not wait for us. Alex and Ana told us they would, and they did! Alex even helped my daughter carry her luggage (heavier than mine) up three floors to the apartment. The place may be a bit old but is very well maintained and very clean. Definitely a great stay. Too bad this was a business trip, we didn't have time to walk to the beach at all. Uber'ed in and out everyday. The city pass the show gave us cannot be used on the bus that leaves from here.

We had a lovely stay at Alex and Olga’s place; it was clean, had everything we needed and in a lovely area just outside the city. Alex was very helpful and told us about transport in and out of the city as well as about local restaurants. He even booked us a taxi for our early flight home! We definitely recommend this place to stay, especially if you want somewhere close to the airport!

Luis is a great host! He greeted us personally and walked through the apartment with us himself. The apartment is in a very good and central neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbors are all friendly and nice to us. I was with my mother and children, we felt very safe walking around even during night time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
