Platja de l'Arenal : locations de vacances en appartement

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal bei Paula Monika zu Gast. Es waren wieder wunderschöne Ferien. Alles war einfach toll. Diesmal in einem anderen Appartment als letztes Jahr aber in der gleichen Anlage. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Frank, Gisela und Maike

Seit Beginn unseres Urlaubes haben wir uns willkommen und wohlgefühlt in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es war großartig: der riesige Pool, die Sonnenaufgänge, der Blick auf das Meer, die ruhige aber zentrale Lage zur Promenade und zur Altstadt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zu viert. Es war ein absolut gelungener Urlaub für uns. Vielen Dank, liebe Isabel, für deine Unterstützung und für die sehr nette, zweisprachige Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder: Melanie, Stefan, Burkhard und Silke 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar an Geschirr und Besteck für unser Kind gedacht. Es war alles da was man braucht und war blitzsauber. Danke!

Zeer snelle en duidelijke communicatie. De accommodatie is volledig zoals beschreven op de website. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement en vooral de wasmachine was super handig tijdens een fietsvakantie. Restaurants, winkels en fietsverhuur zijn op wandelafstand. Het oude centrum is op 2,5 km wandelen.

ALTEA SOL is a beautiful place to stay, very peaceful with stunning views. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, making it a perfect spot for families with young children seeking a combination of sea and tranquility. There are playgrounds where kids can feel safe and enjoy themselves. Eric and Isabel have been excellent in communication and very kind. If you’re traveling with young children outside the summer season, the heated pool makes a huge difference—my kids absolutely loved it!

We hebben een heerlijke maand februari in het mooie appartement van Paco en Clotilde gehad. Elke morgen een geweldige zonsopgang en heerlijk ontbijten op het mooie balkon met de zee als mooi schilderij. En dan de mooie boulevard direct achter het appartement. Een van de mooiste plekken van Altea. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug

Beautiful apartment .. fantastic host who was available by message any time I needed him .. prime location , sea view .. close to all amenities.. the apartment literally had everything you needed in it .. we are already talking about another stay thanks again bob 😘

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

La vivienda se encuentra cerca de la playa, comercios y bares. El piso es muy luminoso y cómodo... Ideal para pasar una estancia estupenda! Hugo ha estado atento en todo momento para lo que podíamos necesitar. Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima ;-)

Everything was good and apartment clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to the sea, restaurant area and old town. But it is so silent that we could sleep with open balcony

Mycket trevligt bemötande, vi hade en lika underbar semester igen som förra året i denna fina lägenhet, mycket hemtrevligt, återkommer gärna igen. Bra läge och trevligt område centralt men ändå lugnt, vänliga bästa värdar vill ge Allan och Gemma ett stort tack, ses snart igen😀

Bardzo dobra okolica, bardzo blisko do morza, prosto pod domem duży sklep, w pobliżu dużo restauracji. Bardzo czyste, wygodne mieszkanie, w mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne na wypoczynku. Bardzo pomocny właściciel, szybko odpowiada. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni pobytem.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Apartamento comodo, tranquilo e ideal para ir con peques. El acceso a la piscina, la cercania a la playa, y el parque… un puntazo. Quiza el sofa y la cama grande podian ser un pelin mas comodos, pero se compensa con todo lo demas. La anfitriona, Carmen, un encanto. Muy atenta a todo y contestaba enseguida, muy cercana e hizo que nos sintieramos muy a gusto. Desde luego nos encantara volver.

L'appartement proposé par Nic est parfait en tout point : bien décoré, propre, fonctionnel avec une literie de qualité ! Le plus : une terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville de Benidorm. Les services de l'immeuble sont de haut standing, cela était très appréciable ! La place de parking est aussi très pratique. Un séjour idyllique que nous n'oublierons pas !

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

Teresa es una anfitriona excepcional. Siempre atenta y accesible facilito la llegada y salida en todos los aspectos, además de recomendar lugares y restaurantes. La vivienda está muy bien cuidada y limpia con acceso directo a la piscina. Está en una zona tranquila, ideal para familias y la playa también es ideal, tranquila, cálida y a unos 4-5 min andando desde la vivienda. También está muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Más que recomendable.

Appartamento modesto e carino, spazioso, con ottimo terrazzo. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere in pochi minuti la movida

We loved our stay at Jorge's place. Despite arriving a little late to meet us, he went above and beyond, driving us to a supermarket for our first shop and getting the whole family to help carry the shopping in. We didn't have a car, but this wasn't a problem at all after the first shop. The beach is 2 mins from the flat, sandy, with a café and sunbeds. The town is a 20 min walk away, the nearest small supermarket 10 mins walk away. Restaurants are everywhere, just wander into town and you're spoilt for choice. The pool was gorgeous, often empty and surrounded by lush flowers, so it was like a little shady oasis away from the harsh 32 degree heat. The balcony was lovely, looking over the pool, and quiet apart from the cicadas and the occasional swimmer. The only downside my friends pointed out was that only one room had air con - the bedrooms all have fans which I found to be fine and very effective keeping me cool at night, but we were there in a heatwave. I totally recommend.
